Mrexcell:
This atiku promise of bringing back subsidy is a very potent lethal weapon that's capable of winning him the presidential election next year most nigerians who are suffering because of the removal of subsidy might likely change their minds about him and decide to vote for him.
The North is listening.

Atiku will win and Tinubu will be sent back whence he came - his tail between his legs. grin
Politics › Re: Tinubu Didn’t End Subsidy, He Shifted The Burden To Nigerians – Atiku by Rayjay45: 9:08am On Aug 25
NIGERIAJAGAJAGA:
That's the truth there. I keep saying this. Subsidy is the only thing masses are benefiting from government. Now since they removed it, tell me what masses are benefiting from government. They will tell u they sharing it to state government which we all know that governors will siph0n the money and enrich themselves. That's why u can see 32 governors queue at Mr president back. They using the subsidy removed to enrich themselves. Government hate competition in thi3ving. Before, individuals are eating when government are paying subsidy. Now, all governors are eating it and u expect them not to queue at Mr president back. They promised us with better health care, security, good things. But none can't show for it even with heavy taxes and removing of subsidy.
Bro, they cannot lie about state governors chopping this money because FAAC allocations actually show a decrease from previous installments.

Baba don find new people give Niger Delta money to and dem dey wack am together like fufu and okro while the masses toil night and day.

Family › Re: I Sent $12,000 Home In 2 Years. I Have Nothing To Show For It. by Rayjay45: 7:16am On Aug 23
AnotherAlien:
I learnt a long time ago bro. My story is even longer than yours. Ill explain shortly...

I have been living in the US for over 22 years now and cant count how many family members/friends/ past neighbors/ street boys/teachers/ exs/ random people I have supported through my stay here.

Back then, there was no facebook, whatshap etc and many social media firms. Some of them dug for me online and started telling me all kinds of sad stories a out their lives. I'd say at least 95% of people reaxbing to me from Nigeria simply want free money from me - its same as what yahoo boys/kidnappers do to their clients - gold-digging.

The particular one that first hurt me was from my own blood brother. He was the one that informed me of a plot of land in an estate in Lagos. I started sending him money to buy the land and start my first building on it.
Millions of Naira went towards it, I cant really tell how much it was I sent in dollars because the exchange rates changed ovet the years. I was getting pictures sent to me as the whole thing progressed and decided to fly to Lagos to see the property myself.

I got there to see the house ess only built on half plot, not full plot that I bought. I asked what happened to the other half-plot, he said he sold it to someone else. Why sell my la d to someone else without my consent? It became a buge argument - I felt lied to. Thr pictures I was being sent appeared enlarged versus what I finally saw when I got to Nigeria.

Family intervened and advised me to just let go. I agreed and demanded my documents for the building. I got the document and couldnt see my name anywhere on it - it was all in his name and his wife's name. I had put alot on that property, only to find out its not even in my name. Another fight started again. His excuse was that he didnt put it in my name because I'm not based in Nigieria, which was a lie because I now have other properties in Nigeria in my name even though Im based in diaspora.

I had to get a lawyer involved and changed the name of the piece of the land he was building for me, the other half is gone - sold to another family even though its mine.

Ive had of cases of people building and they are being sent pictures of someone elses property. At least mine is built, but some part of the land was taken from me, versus not seeing anything at all.
A whole father o. CHISOS!

Omo, maybe I should just forgive my brothers

That is exactly what I have been saying. More money for the government while the masses are struggling to feed their families. Still nothing to show for it the security has totally collapsed. Even road construction workers has to be guarded by heavily armed soldiers. Electricity supply is very limited forcing the people to go solar enmass. No direction and everything look hopeless. Still Tunibu and his goons telling people to endure more.
