the teaching job in this country is so discouraging. It favors the students and the management only. No room for growth for the teacher. I once went to a school in my state to get a job, guess what they offered? 25k for a graduate in this current economic situation and I was going to teach three classes(mathematics). Told them on the spot that it's very poor and I'll not be starting at all. I mean I'm not that desperate to be slaving for someone at that meager fee. It's never worth it. 1 Like |
