3. How many trips of sharps sands required?

And lasty, what will be the bricklayers workmanship (fees) for erecting the building from German floor to lintel level with two coaches above the lintel.

Well the possiblity of doing everything in one day is not feasible, so he did the beams first and then did the slab after a day because because of shortage of cement and granite. I am concerned if the mixture ratio is poor for the decking.

That mix ratio is bad.

Your mix ratio is not 1:2:3, it is ½:2:3 or 1:4:6.

Reason is that 2 bags of cement is approximately 1 wheel barrow. So a 1:2:3 is supposed to be 1wheel barrow of cement (not 1 bag):2wheel barrow of sharp sand:3wheel barrow of gravel.

That makes your ratio terrible except if you mistakenly typed bag of cement instead of a wheel barrow.

Remember, 1:3:6 is regarded as lean concrete so your 1:4:6 is worst and is not fit for structural members of a building.

Can someone give me an estimate of building a three storey building from scratch to finish in terms of the amount it will cost. It will be three rooms with palour. One master bedroom. Thanks.
