Obalegend:
I have a land already in Ibadan and I plan to develop a four bedroom bungalow on it on the level/taste of a civil servant (no luxurious materials). How far do you think 5 million naira can take me? I will appreciate your response.

5million would get you to carcass level, with some level of finishing done.

Wow! How many feet do you leave on each side? You really maximize the use if this land.
Hajji M.

3feet on each side.

Demolaeby:
Please, what is the size of the land in feet? I think I have almost the same size of land and has been puzzling how to manage it build

the land is 24ft by 120ft.

If you have a similar land size, a duplex or bungalow would fit.
