interlock doesn't make up the 1M alone. Things like gate,fencing and some other preliminary items.
+ drawings (if client doesn't have )

Would usually inform the client when they contact me.(do you expect me to spill the beans on NL)

5Milliion will get you standard three bedroom complete with interlocking (standard finishing.)

goodday I am a professional quantity surveyor and construction estimator.

with 4M you would get a 3bedroom bungalow.This would include everything except interlock.(All moderate finishing )

But with 5M you would get a standard 3bedroom bungalow complete with interlock for the compound. (standard finishing )
