Efcc is a toothless bulldog. Why haven't they taken him to court . Efcc was created for witch-hunting and it would continue doing what it was created for. Finance teams and staffs move coordinate finance for various parastals so if a director decides to move state funds as directed by the sitting governor , as a civil servant he is under obligation to obey. ,or Sim never stole any funds from government, as a finance director in Rivers state he did as instructed by his boss the governor. The Magnus you are chest beating for, stole and moved funds for constituency projects into offshore accounts during his time as senator. What has magnus done in ogoni land that's worth chest beating for. Till date Ogoni land has no sign of constituency projects. Thank God for wike who has been commissioning projects.

Wike has kill civil service in Rivers, fubara his man will fail woelly. Ask any civil servant how this man has tormented, stagnanted and turn civil servant into beggers, for 8 years of his rule no promotion, allowing his picked candidate to win will be given wike 3rd term. I see a New Rivers with Sim Fubara. We have all seen what a Magnus in government would look like with his time in the Senate . Sim Fubara everyone is calling a stooge / wike boy, would shock everyone. Let's look at Lagos, the past governors came from the civil service & have all done well, from fashola, ambode and sanwo olu. Someone like sim Fubara who has been in the civil service and risen to the level of a director of finance, definitely understands the plight of the masses. A Magnus Abe is a politician who has only come to loot. Who was magnus before senate? Is he a specialist? In a which areas can he deliver? Who did he do during his time as a senator? .

Atleast we know sim Fubara has a strong background in finance, finance guys are one of the best in government. Numbers ppl understand how revenue generation works, they understand IGR, they understand how to turn -20 to a 100.

This is an old 4 bedroom bungalow on one and a half plot of land. I want to give it a modern look and i’m opened to suggestions. Will the house need to be demolished and rebuilt or there is a way to work with the old structure. It's had 4 bedrooms with only one masters. The other rooms share a bathroom. I want all 4 bedroom to be masters and give the house a modern look.

First of all building needs to be inspected by an architect/ builder to ascertain the building size and available space. Building would only be partially demolished.

SOLUTION
To extend building at all 4sides, pull down existing external wall. Chain new extension with existing internal wall. We can create a 3d showing proposed look of the building.
