I am still thanking God that I didn't have a girl child.
Its more difficult to raise a girl child. |

freeman67: Nothing serious sha.
First of all, I did a termed investment with them recently, it matured and my money was not paid complete as stated it was stated on the terms. It was short though for an insignificant amount but that was the first time I have experienced that. They was not reason at all to do that. I complained and there was not tangible response.
Secondly, arbitrary charges on CP'S. I have done several CP's with different firms. The cost of CP is to borne by the issuer just like Primary Market TB and FGN Bond. However, with them it doesn't suffice. They will charge the customer and him they are just stock brokers. Thanks boss |

sanerugwei: How good is this Fidson Pharma Commercial Papers? Rates very enticing but how reliable are they?
Someone pls explain the discounted rate vs Implied Yield thingy seeing it's not up to 365 days period? Will the rates be pro-rated? Did most of their previous series and no issues. payment is timely. Yield is compounding, no interest till maturity while rate is the simple interest which you will get the interest upfront, and you get capital at maturity. Luckily, i have being broke since January hence missing all these groovy rates. |

eniorisha: Good day, great investment minds! It's been so long I followed this tbills tread & d numerous posts mostly not related to tbills won't allow one to go thru all d posts.
Pls, what's d current Treasure Bills rate in primary and secondary markets now for a tenor around 365 days?
Second, pls, is it true FBN branches no longer deal directly with tbills dt they now do thru one of their sublets like dt?
Third, I av a tbills I did @7% last October dt is slated to mature July this year. Pls, can I terminate this running one?, if yes, how do I go about d termination & how long will I wait to get it terminated? 1. 20% and above 2. I doubt that's true, traded secondary market on the 18th of April at 17.2% on 343 days. 3. Discuss with your bank, they always tell me it depends on availability of buyer. I just feel we wouldn't have a buyer at that rate. Losses are likely as T&C applies. |

Best way to go.
Getting the money if the court grants their plea is the easiest thing to do.
Always use a lawyer with LLB and not one with BSc.
The ones OBJ did got payment in billions.
Dont support or condone illegality.
Always use the court. |

awesomeJ: Anyone who bought T-Bills in February month when USD was at 1900, didn't just make 20-21%, they made close to 80% or higher in terms of USD value of their assets.
19m was only $10,000 in February.
Doing secondary market 65 days at 15% on Feb 3rd, that same 19m is now $16,250.
That's naira delivering interest earnings and capital gains totalling 62.5% in just 65 days. Thanks for updating us same way we were being updated when the reverse was the case. |

PHAYOL81: FOR one that's still an MOU with the project yet to start. To get the place running there has to be facilities procurement which hasn't yet get underway and being a training facility, it may suffer the same faith others before it did due to poor management and improper maintenance devotion either from the government or the facility administration. The design is often viewed by the managers as just training facility aimed to bring forth modern farmers and not always treated as investment that's geared towards food sustainance and profit generation. Even if it's not generating profit, it should be able to run itself by the revenue the sales of the farm products but that's not often the case (as government was always still required to pump in more money after few years as exemplified by the ones previously started in NIGERIA)hence they went moribund. I expect serious farming system designed for sustainable food security and revenue generation from the governments/governors. Only gave you a proof of collaboration, site is at Nsit ubium, along uyo road. Massive work ongoing, you can visit. Plan is to reproduce that in all the federal constituency. Netizen, travel and see, thanks |
