Health / Re: COVID-19: Should I Get Vaccinated? by Raytheon: 12:11pm On Sep 14, 2021

All I see here are bunch of self acclaimed educated illiterates. How can a spurios myth hold you back from taking a vaccine that will save your life. Over 200,000 Nigerian's have been vaccinated already and are living very healthy and normal life, if you like don't get vaccinated to save yourself and others

This was the point I was trying to make. There’s no such thing as a perfect vaccine, and with Covid it’s no different.

The yellow fever jab, for example, is widely understood to be the most effective live-virus vaccine ever invented, with a single dose giving a long-lasting immunity of 98 per cent of those vaccinated. But even that means that on average 2 per cent of people will still get infected.

Yes, fully vaccinated people too have tested positive but the symptoms are mild and most people didn't need hospitalization. Vaccination/immunization reduces the risk of catching something or cushioning its effects.

This is what happens when you run with half revelation or rhema.
Study the Bible and know God for yourself.
As innnnn? Half-baked. The person thinks the end time began last year...or the Antichrist just landed? Lol. Posted this without any scriptural backing too. Know God for yourself o. It's people like him/her who would see AI Engineers like me as damned. My only concern will be with the efficacy of the vaccine given that it hasn't undergone the standard 5-year trial period. Fully vaccinated with zero regrets. So it's up to the OP.

Almost 16 years later and we're still here because some folks in the corridors of power don't see the possibility of rigging elections.

This forum is a hotbed of batterers, rapists, pedophiles and murderers. Most hide under misogyny. Some of the people paraded in front page crime topics must undoubtedly be nairalanders.

NAPTIP, FIDA, NHRC and other government bodies should start their investigations here.

100%

It's appalling. And they have this much 'nerve' because it's a faceless forum. But people like him can and will be fished out.

And @OP with your responses so far, it shows you made this up to bash women AGAIN. And to be honest bro, it's getting boring. The other thing that can be deduced is that you're either a paedophile yourself or a paedophile-apologist.

No child, male or female under 18 years deserves to go through abuse. And some adults today are still scarred based on those childhood experiences.

So please, don't add to the evil.

Peace.

how do you tell if she was molested. She might enjoying it. I have seen a 11 years old having sex with a guy of 21. It's was not forced they have been doing it. How do we find out.

The boy look the girl in the eyes. And she followed him to a corners. That move was suspicious to one of my friend who was very sensitive and he knows that boy for been a notorious person. Then he went after them and pipe only to find them having sex. One thing that shock us it that how his penis was entering that small girl. And It was clear they have been doing for long And she was already a pro at such age.
Nothing justifies sleeping with a minor. You know why? A child cannot give consent. Enjoying it you said? Funny. Here in the UK, that guy risks a 6-19 year jail term. Let that sink in.

You don't know that an average Nigeria girl has been sexually molested as a child? Abi you think say as girls dey slay and no dey get respect for their papa age mates na today e start?

More than 70% of sexually active girls started from sexual abuse.
I never even reach 8 years when one stupid 'uncle' a neighbor showed me his erected _dick. It was when another child in the compound reported that I realize he was also showing others his erected _dick for fun.

Sick perverts everywhere.

Really sad but true. The stories and experiences are many. Including babies in diapers. And just to add that it not only limited to girls again, boys too.

I had a classmate in school who was addicted to porn because one 'bros' introduced him and other compound kids to it. He was barely 7 years old. He is over 30 now and still battling with it.

If a child is age18 and under, it is sexual abuse!

Too many perverts and paedophiles! God help us parents and to-be parents.

Programming / Re: How I Switched To Data Science From A Non IT Background - My Learning Experience by Raytheon: 12:23am On Jul 11, 2021
Kshe:
I'm making this thread to shed some light on the journey to becoming a data scientist in Nigeria.

Coming from a non-IT background, being a female, and not having IT professionals to look up to for guidance I mostly had to navigate the entire process myself. It can be tough moving into data science when you have no clue what programming is all about ( I even pronounced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) as Zero Zero Programming- It was that bad).

I had spent 5 years in Business Development across various industries and had got to a point where I knew that to remain relevant and to get the kind of income/financial freedom I desired then a career switch was inevitable.

Switching to IT was/is the best decision I have made in my career I am elated by my journey and looking back it's hard to believe that the person who had to google pronunciation of programming terms can now write a Python program.

I'm doing this so women or anyone who finds the process intimidating will realize that it's not impossible and it's a step that is so worth it.

Like I always say, nothing is ever late and being a particular gender should not stop you from pursuing your dreams. Your last line says it all. Well done OP! Well done!!
