Please gurus in the house, my system is having an issue

I installed digitalpersona biometric scanner to my system, I use it for finger print capture especially for nysc.. It's been working fine but recently I reformatted my system and try re-installing the application again.. It's giving me an error message

First, I need to install DPFPVerNET ver1.6.1.0 before the application can run. I downloaded the driver from nysc website and the error stopped.

Now, after installing the new driver, another message came up, I need to install Digitalpersona.standard version 2.0.0.1379 into the GAC assembly before the application can run..

Please, how do I install this file because I use it for nysc registrations. I've searched online for the driver, I've tried updating the digital persona online, still no result.

Well, I guess you your journey on the NYSC portal is far from over.

You should go back to where you downloaded the other driver from to see other downloads.

1st,
Stop powering again and again... this will save your hard drive.

2nd,
Perform a clean install. This wipes everything in the hard drive and puts a fresh operating system.
It is recommended that you back up your files on another PC first before carrying out this operation.

3rd,
Once done, install only compatible drivers.

stop powering the laptop!! This will save your hard drive

Second,
you will need to reinstall the operating system. This time around you'll need a clean install.

his problem started when my friend forced shut my system while he was playing game. since then the system refused to power on.
It powers on whenever it feels like not when you need it to be on, it responds sometimes and sometimes it doesn't come on even after clearing the CMOS My engineer has tried all he can to fix it but the best he could do was to install windows 10 pro from my former 8.1
I Also discovered that this windows doesn't have a Bluetooth option to toggle on as well.

Please help problems especially the power issue. It doesn't power unless you leave it for some hours.

So, three issues

1. Power:
Whilst you must have "drained" CMOS, you should not forget to give it some life by changing the CMOS battery-if it has.

2. Bluetooth:
The bluetooth issue is driver related. You need to get the require Bluetooth driver for your device. Go to the manufacturers site and download the required driver for you particular model.

If all else fails, you will have to go back to windows 8.1

3. Motherboard:
Don't think about that yet... ...

@Ayomideen, if you're able to successfully boot to Desktop, please backup whatever you can backup. Then plan on getting another HDD ASAP.

Sorry for not including this in my reply...After backup, you may try re-installing the OS...it's a slim chance though.

Getting another HDD still remains your best bet.

Ok.

Now, using the right arrow key, go to system configuration >>then boot option>> there, you'll find the UEFI and Legacy boot options>> Select the Legacy by moving your arrow keys such that its highlighted then hit the enter key.

Once selected, press F10 to save changes and hit the enter key after highlighting yes.

Your laptop restarts immediately and boots directly.

However some may bring up a screen containing a set of numbers. You are to enter these numbers then hit enter before a successful boot.
