it so sad that naira landers hook up wit the bad guyz with wicked intentions.but sometimes i have the truck owners to blame cuz they come back to nigeria with trucks that are battling with serious mechanical problem before the white guyz decided to sell them off.if only we take our time to know that these trucks are very sound and ready to lift boxes then they shld get bak the initial capitAL.anyways,i will implore truck owners to make sure they deal with reputable organisation with standard G.I.T at least that will show some sign of business conciousness from the company before dedicating trucks.and to be frank haulage biz is not easy,infact i will recommend this biz to anybody that is wish to die young(lol) not to now talk of drivers, i tell pple that want to delve into haulage that if the are ready to start a charity organisation that takes care of mad pple they shld randomly pick 10 mad persons and just 1 truck driver is equivalent to those 10 .now imagine u av a fleet of 10 drivers that simply means u are overseeing 100 mad persons.that is how bad it can be handling drivers.but i av a special way of dealing with them and GOD has been on my side.

loadz of job i cldnt moderate the topic.

i run my dads haulage biz, HAULRIGHT LOGISTICS

have been able to introduce creative marketing since i joined him and it has been working well for us.
basically haulage in nigeria as more advantages than disadvantages buz we are import oriented nation for u are guaranteed of constant job only if u know the tricks, in maritime haulage.
containers , professionally called boxes, come into nigeria every day!but due to traffic congestion and lack of influx of trucks,we have congestion at the port.
type of haulage biz: transfer,delivery,empty,export,then the general cargo for dry bulk cargo, billets,coil,steel,plates, etc
have been able to penetrate the big shipping agencies tru my creative marketing so i have more work that trucks.
so i just structured out a business style for those willing to do haulage busineess
full dedication, you dedicate your truck and we handle operation cost like fuellling,oil filter,brakes,drivers salary and other routine maintanance, e.t.c while the owner handles capital cost like engine prob,tyres,gear box
partial dedication , you handle all cost we just kall u for jobs.this one is more transparent, abi?

i can tell u that pple that are into pet.haulage convertd their trucks to flat beds cuz of the volume of jobs that comes as boxes and gen.cargo!

nice topic, the Good thing abt nigeria is that we have areas that we can invest in.
but the level of corruption wont let u realise ur profit on time.pple working for u want
to earn more than u cuz they feel u are makin enough money for urself.
anyways, another open sector to invest is the maritime haulage
am sure we have heard abt port congestion, right?
movement of containers from loading point(port) to point of discharge(anywhere in lagos)
doing this biz will relieve the port management from congestion.
