Biodun Fatoyinbo Breaks Silence On Busola Dakolo’s R@pe Allegations. Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion church has declared that he is innocent of the r@pe allegations made against him by Busola, wife of popular singer, Timi Dakolo. In a public statement shared on his Instagram, he said, he had never r@ped anyone in his life, not even as an unbeliever. He captioned the press statement, “I have NEVER R@PED before, not even as an unbeliever!”. Biodun Fatoyinbo Breaks Silence On Busola Dakolo’s R@pe Allegations Part of the statement read: “I am aware that there has been a recent media publication on YouTube by YNaija operated and owned by RED Media Group which shows an interview by Chude Jideonwo with Busola Dakolo. “Prior to now, we had adhered to our policy of ignoring rumours from social media accounts as we knew that several statements had been made to extort the church of money and myself through blackmail, h@rassment and intimidation. We have refused time and again to accede to their request, which has infuriated them over time, because of this they have gotten more aggressive. “Unlike previous statements where innuendos were used and there was no direct mention of myself or the Church, the recent video released on YouTube has now made direct criminal allegations against me in the interview granted by Busola Dakolo which are fallacious, non-existent and which are all denied in every measure. “As an individual and as a Church, we love and support people and we would never condone any form of abuse, h@rassment, or intimidation of anyone. I have never in my life r@ped anybody, even as an unbeliever and I’m absolutely innocent of this. “Busola Dakolo, who has made this false allegation and her family attended the church during the early start of the church in Ilorin in 1999. I never had any private interactions with her beyond my pastoral duties. The singer who was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and detained for alleged criminal offences, including internet fraud, and was granted bail days ago is still in prison custody.. and the reason is shocking. According to unconfirmed reports, the singer whose fans declared May 30th – The day he was granted bail, as “Naira Marley Day” is yet to be released because “No Lagos state Level 10 and above civil service officer with landed properties has agreed to stand as surety for him, due to his alleged criminal records.” Recall that the EFCC announced that evidence against him is overwhelming. He was arrested alongside Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jago and five others who have all been granted bail. GTBank, Mastercard, Visa Inc representatives to testify against Naira Marley Naira Marley’s bail was set to two million on the 30th of May, after a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos granted him bail at his bail hearing yesterday, 30th of Mary 2019. The ruling judge, Justice Nicholas Onweibo imposed on the artiste a N2 million bail, with two sureties in like sum. The first surety must be a civil servant from the level of grade 10, while the second surety must have landed property. The Trial has been adjourned to October 22-24 and PUNCH is reporting that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is set to present about nine witnesses in its case against the musician.
