You need to consider moving, consider leaving your loved ones, consider transport to your own state when you visit and back to work. Family is everything. You must also consider the salary, if that job worth it. Does it worth the sacrifices you are about to make? If it doesn't worth the sacrifices, decline now and hope you get a better one close by someday or perhaps continue with the one at hand until retirement.

I am looking at the salary as well not just the distance.

Okay. I actually talked to my connect around February about possible recruitment in TCN
he told me they are overstaffed currently.

TCN does give Engineers Apl without written test or interview. It happened to me in 2019-2020 recruitment. I participated in the test and interview process but did not get in only to see two of my classmates with the Apl without participating in either.

You will be shocked when APL is out soon . Recruitment/replacement in agency in Nig depends on powerful your connect is.


TCN will never give entry level engineer apl without conducting written test and interview

Those that got apl last year were contract operator engineer and it has been stopped since last year.

Please do not post people APL in this platform. Especially those big agencies. The last time I posted an APL in this forum i was arrested by DSS and the guy APL was collected. Although i tried to cover the necessary details, they still use some uncovered part to trace.
