Phones › Re: Xiaomi Devices As Cool As They Are, Are Unnecessarily Overhyped On This Forum by RealEzee(m): 8:47pm On Aug 19, 2020
"I'll choose the a7 pro(even with it's mediocre p23, but a far lesser price)" sorry man you lost me at this moment, spec for spec the note 8 is far more superior to the a7 pro and not within the same price range, only Realme gives Xiaomi much rivalry in terms of similar spec within similar price range.

Saying it's overhyped without detailed analysis is quite bias from you, from the pool of smart phone brands in Naija within similar price tag how many offers better specs when match spec for spec, you equally left out the effect of the naira devaluation resulting to price tag played on this devices.

If I'm buying a phone within $100-200,how many smart phone brands here offer better spec than Xiaomi currently? Place Xiaomi $200 phone with a Samsung at that amount, you still see Xiaomi offering better spec man.

Value for money is key, and that isn't overhype, but fact.

You’re talking out of point. Which New generation and show off are you talking about?

It’s simple, Ghanaians are not very good hustlers like Nigerians, our success in Ghana intimidates them, makes them feel threatened. We have their womens, we live in expensive houses (some ghanaian landlords will tell you they rent to only nigerians who will pay them well), we dominate the clubs, the markets and including nigerian owned churches.

I’m in ghana and that’s the truth about the matter.
you are not far from the truth, I have a senior man who likes to gist of his days in Ghana, selling clothing
he talked about how some Ghanaians were antagonist about him and his guys, he will spend extra time selling while he Ghanaian counterpart will lock and then later be accusing him of using juju grin, when they hang out during the weekends with their Ghanaian girlfriends it's always fun till the Ghanaian guys come along and start this ghana better pase Naija talk, he never liked engaging in such talk cos he knew he was there to hustle and make a living for himself, not his fault if a Ghanaian lady find him attractive and respects his industrious attitude grin.

See ehn some people just get issues guun grin.

I hate that sound of "everyone is jealous of Nigerians".

What exactly is there to be jealous of, is it the fact that our country isn't good enough to accommodate us, or because our politicians have turned the country to the world's unenviable capital on all indices measurable?

Is it the fact that all our youths would rather flee the country cowardly to go find succor in another man's land by choking and over-running the citizens of that country who had stayed in their own land to make it better with our loudness and looking down on mellowed people who are mostly contented with the little they have or come across and term them as lazy, envious, or un-smart because we believe our ability to be materialistic with zero moral values and get-rich-quick at all cost as being smart?

Look, there is something inherently wrong with us as a people. These same things that are wrong with us to the outsiders are also very evident within us in our country, and right here on this platform with the unending chest beatings and tribal supremacy battles.

We are everything wrong in everywhere we find ourselves. You can't go to someone's house where they still live in their innocence and trusting which you erroneously term as muguism to begin to corrupt and destroy this very fabric that has held them together for ages and tell me you are a sharp man or hustler.

Sit the Bleep down in your country, demand answers from your government, take control of your land and better it, then show your smartness by transforming the lapses in your economy to the envy of the one's you always boast about being better than.

Nonsense and ingrejent.

Just imagine you op, you went to Ghana, rented a house, then " entered street" to begin hustle. What hustle if I may ask, and you expect the owners of the country to be happy with criminals destroying their country and corrupting her citizens?

All these una nonsense talks of we are better than the SAs, Ghanaians, and every one else and they are attacking us out of envy or because they aree lazy is utter and arrant nonsense.

Make una rise up to repair una country and quit with the ridiculous over-estimation of self-worth.

Kapish.
please is there a law that says you can't travel to other parts other earth?

Please let's get somethings right, people move that's life, but what's not fair is when been treated unfairly by a fellow being that has blood flowing in their veins.

All this talk about if Naija was better people won't move doesn't cut it, people have various reasons for moving, some people go out to establish businesses outside their home,e.g the Chinese have investments here same like other nationals, are their countries not good? Naah, but they're here for the opportunities they've observed, should we now treat them unfairly for them coming over? Not at all

See ehn some citizens in some countries have these in born bias for other people not of their nationality, unfortunately we've experienced that from some Ghanaians, I said some cos from personal experience the more accommodating Ghanaians are those who have traveled out of their country and experienced life with people of other nationalities, my own fact.

Anytime anyday I will root for my Liberian siblings, those guys are the coolest to be with, very accommodating people, no time for bias, fun people(ok too much fun people grin).
Crime › Re: Retaliation Against Ghana And South Africa Attack On Nigerians. by RealEzee(m): 7:16pm On Aug 19, 2020
CHOPbeating:
At the emboldened, NO AVERAGE NIGERIAN IS SCARED OF ANY AFRICAN WAR - We are hardened and can be very aggressive if situations call for such.

In 2013, I once travelled to Regional Maritime University in Nungua, Accra for some short courses.
I spent about 2 months. I rolled the environment. I visited the Ghana Port and had some fun at Labadi Beach, etc..

I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH GHANA’S HATE ON NIGERIANS, BUT THE 2 MONTHS I LIVED THERE WAS A WHOLE LOT OF EXPERIENCE FOR ME.

The moment I stepped my feet at CIRCLE (a popular place in Ghana), trying to find my way to the school was an introduction of HATE. They easily detect I’m a Nigerian from the way I talked, and boom, I noticed some looking at me skeptically that, as a first timer, I wondered what was happening?

Summary:
1. The Ghana guy that lodged me in his 1 room apartment depended on me for money. He told me plainly that, he would feel ashamed to tell his friends he’s broke because they would ask him “how can you be broke when a Nigerian guy is living in your apartment?” – I was shocked!

When the extortion was becoming unbearable that I had to complain I could not continue that way – because the course I came to do was expensive so I had to cut short unnecessary spending – and gradually, his attitude began to change that I had to move out to look for an apartment to pay (it cost me less that way).

2. I went to a cyber café to browse some info based on my courses and the attendant there became so suspicious of me and, at times, would come to my desk to ask what I’m doing on the internet – with serious frowning. I was shocked again.

Ghana was my first African international travel so I was not familiar with hate from other nationals until I reached Ghana – and I gain firsthand experience.

3. I and my other fellow Nigerian guys flex the bars around there and we spent some reasonable amount of money that average Ghanaian could not (this is not hate, I observed it based on the few Ghanaians we had around) – There was an eatery around there that you can only find Nigerians, Equatorial Guinea, and a host of other nationals, including just very few Ghanaians that could eat there on a steady basis. - some of their girls began to fall but we could not proceed because we were first timers and we really wanted to complete our programme and GO BACK HOME.

There is this culture of women having more power than men in Ghana, based history - so, many guys there just live like second-class citizens (that's talk for another day).

4. A Nigerian guy (my neighbor in the newly rented apartment) carried “ashewo” to lash for the night, after the whole thing in the morning, the Ghana girl intentionally caused trouble out of no where and inflated the agreed price – because the guy is a Nigerian. In fact, our Ghana landlord came out and called the police to arrest the guy. The ashewo herself was calling the police (I was surprised because it was then I realized ashewo is legalized in the country with authority backing).

The young man had to find a way to run first in the midst of struggle – because if the police get hold of him, they will beat him, detain him, and deport him back to Nigeria – Jeez - arrest and deport!!? Then, I remained flabbergasted and shocked ever since.

I had to stay calm to finish my programme and I was eager to return back to Nigeria. When I was inside bus coming back to Nigeria, I asked what Nigerians are doing here. Nigerians spend too much money there. Many Nigerians are not even living comfortable there.

NIGERIANS SHOULD COME BACK HOME AND CONTINUE THE STRUGGLE HERE.
mehn I don't know where some Ghanaians get this hate for Nigerians tho, I feel it's the ones who have traveled out of Ghana that are cool tho, Liberians are the coolest people I've met, very accommodating and honest people , a Liberian will rather hang with a Nigerian than a Ghanaian, facts.

We have our issues back home and I feel the government has not done well for us at all, our image outside our shores is not good but nonetheless kudos to our brothers and sisters doing their very best to rise above the odds in their fields.
