we have done extensive comparison, alot has been said where both phones are at par and where both phones out class each other with the note9s topping most of it from chipset to build quality, battery, price etc, at the end its left to the buyer to make their choice, yet knowing in general ramifications the SD720g powered note9s outclass the exynos 9612 powered A51, at that note I sign out, Note9s tops the A51, whatever you think the A51 can do the note9s does it way better plus it cost less , aiit bud.

If the engine is better the phone will give better user experience in all ramifications, so that been said the SD720g on the note9s will give a better user experience than the exynos 9611 on the A51 hands down, plus it cost less, so what's the extra that the A51 is offering that I should buy it over the better user experience I will get from d SD720g on the note 9s bud? .

There is a degree to performance reduction and the Exynos is very much guilty of that, judging from experiences overtime, reviewers, even Samsung themselves has acknowledged that there is work to do with respect to their home chipset. If you were current, you would have noticed the campaign for cancellation of Exynos chipset by Samsung fans. Not everybody is a heavy user, still, the point that both chipsets are not mate.

In that vein, a benz C300 packs a better engine than an Hyundai Azeera which packs sweet design, that's doesn't mean the C300 no fine Sha, durability wise the C300 is better than the Azeera as we look at build quality , hence the note 9s performance by virtue of its engine outperforms the A51 and the protection on the note9s is better than the A51,so hence mulla for hand isn't the enough reason but price and specs been offered by both d note 9s n A51,which is more compelling factor Sha.

will u buy a Hyundai Azeera for d price of a C300? Sure u won't but will rather choose d C300 over d Azeera even if da Azeera cost more, so is the note 9s is to d A51, note9s is better,d note9s is the benz here as opposed to the A51 and m31.

I already gave my reasons for choosing the rn9s above d A51 in my first comment bud, in case you missed it, I'll paste it for you for recap :


Personally I'll go for the note 9s,I'm particular about performance cos that will prove how the phone will respond to task from mid to heavy usage, also gives room for upgrade on existing features thru future updates from the company or personal tweaks, that SD 720g will blow the chipset on m31 and A51 away.
Can't compare a corolla on v4 engine to a benz on a v8 engine,even if you put 8 tyres on it, engine performance will always tell who's better on the long.
Screen display is where the Samsung takes it, for me it's not a deal breaker at all, will pick a benz over a Hyundai .
When doing personal tweaks I go fit upgrade the features on the note 9s but will be limited on the A51 n m31 cos of its chipset(engine).
The trade offs or corners cut on the note 9s is ok by me, they are not some specular feature I will be missing e.g amoled panel.
The note 9s ticks the box for me.

Addition: build quality still goes the note 9s over both the m31 and A51.
Any parts I need to be repaired can be sourced online or from the guys even here on nairaland so that's no deal breaker for me bud.
Camera wise the A51 is slightly better, nonetheless the note9s pull quality images and if I employ gcam because of its compatability it blazes on mehn, so what the point spending more on the A51 for me tho , so bud no biggies for me, will pick the note 9s over the A51 over and over, the real competition is the a71.

Plus it's priced lesser than the A51 yet from my comparison d note 9s ticks the box for me, if I'm spending A51 price tag I won't pick d A51 but something better like d note 9 pro or poco x2.

-oneUi is better, less blaotware, I can still take out d blaotware on d note9s n besides I can twerk d kind of UI I want to use, thanks to it been an android right.

-Xiaomi is also a trusted brand, if not it won't be having d positive buzz its having around the world also.
