We humans got be very careful in everything we do
It's actually 45 years. 40 years for each count of 5 which sums 200 years, + an extra 5 years that's a total of 205 years.

Noticed his lawyer pleaded for him to do 35 years instead.

Our girls didn't come to the party. Though it's not a shame to lose to the Almighty US.

If we had gotten some of our 3 pointers attempt the margin wouldn't have been this wide so far.

Where you see 40 abeg? Easy with the lie bro, you for kuku say all Naija's reps to the Olympics are Igbos.

I counted 27. If I'm wrong it can't be with the exception of just 2 more.

There are Deltans and Akwa-Cross in the team, alongside a handful of Yorubas.

Many people aren't seeing this really.. Uche asked a salient question, "When the mum was alive no one heard of her. No birthday did he even spend a 5th of humongous amount spent on the burial. Why?"...

Does it even make any sense? When you talk or ask people will say you're hating, you're poor and all whatnot... From the responses you can clearly see that they worship money over there.. Very poor mentality.

Then what was the result of their investigation? did they find any incriminating evidence in the process? they should come out clean, but till then we would assume they didn't see anything and can't be punished for malpractice
Haven gone through some very detailed posts here i take back my earlier stand. In agreement with the last post which i mentioned, i believe she's been punished for her behavior and lack of character.

Secondly, the punishment may be in consonance with the institution's "code of conduct/ethics". This i believe is actually the institution being merciful. Let her prove she was not involved in any way in any form of malpractice.

She is not being punished for exam malpractice. She's been asked to rewrite her exams to prove she did not actually do what she wrote on her shirt. Punishment for exam malpractice would be expelling her or withdrawing her certificate(which the school has not done).
Oh, this makes more sense.

I personally believe if she has a good lawyer, she would go scot-free. For the action the school took to be valid, there must be evidence of malpractice, as in solid evidences like witnesses, malpractice material (phone, microchips, textbook etc) etc. That she wrote it on her clothes is not valid enough to make her guilty, any body can write anything. For instance, if I write on my shirt "I am a yahoo boy" does it mean I would go to jail for Internet fraud. The highest the law enforcement agency can do, is try to investigate me in order to get solid evidences which would be presented to the judge. Presenting my shirt where I wrote "I am a yahoo boy" to the judge as their only evidence would be tossed into the thrash can!!!!
Her scripts have been investigated. You really think the investigating panel would have given this recommendation if she was not found wanting?

I dare her to even get 20 SANS she was never going to come out of this mess unscathed.

She actually reached out to NFF to declare her allegiance. She's really in love with this country. All the best to her.

P.S.

Her father is half Nigerian, half white while her mom is full blooded white
Yea. Her father's father is the original Nigerian.

But i like how these people make decisions. An average Nigerian in her shoes will never choose the falcons over the English team. I am happy for her and wish her all the best.

P.S - It seems more Nigerians in diaspora and/or more people with Nigerian roots now are more interested to identify with home.. Good one

Education / Re: UNIBEN Sets Up Panel To Probe 'Aggressive Malpractice' Video Graduate by Realhommie(m): 2:51pm On Jul 16
Senudi96:

There's nothing there. Try to do a little thinking. Examination malpractice is usually committed during the exam. Anything after the exam, it's almost difficult, nearly impossible to apprehend someone of commiting malpractice with tangible proofs.

That's my take. To nail the lady, they'll need proofs. I fear it's impossible they'll get evidence.

P.S: What if the girl meets the panel and says "the inscription on her shirt is Aggressive Malpractice... And not aggressive examination malpractice" What will the panel do? I hope you know there are other kinds of malpractices.
Lol. We'll see what happens.

All she has to do is meet a good lawyer that will tell her what to say.
The case is dead on arrival, they don't have proof/evidence of malpractice. She can just tell them she was just catching cruise that's all.
Lol. It's like you're John Snow, abi?

What do you think is the reason for investigation, ehn? Didn't you read up there that all her exam scripts would be brought out and thoroughly scrutinized including the marking scheme used? So tell me, what exactly is the lawyer going to do if she's found wanting?

You also probably don't understand why the investigating panel is made up of 6 female prof's and only 1 male? Let her just pray she was just catching cruise with that inscription on her shirt which is also lame and insensible, otherwise she's done for. Next time she go get sense.

Not only the ladies ooooo. Most fans of OBO are only loyal because of his show off and presumed magnanimity. A typical example which clearly buttresses the point that this generation runs after and worships money.

Of all Naija's celebs big wiz has the most loyal fan base. He's your favorite celebrities favorite celebrity and he doesn't even make any noise about it. Even the OBO is a long time fan. Man is blessed bro, no stress.
