Yes it is a personality test - questions to see if your personality fits the specific role. The Key: Be Yourself. |

Maybe its your particular system prob. I know you have to have javascript enabled - up to a particular version - and cookies and ol and ol preferably on a firefox browser. But maybe someone with a similar prob that resolved it ll come by soon. I would suggest trying a different system - or make sure your system meets the requirements the assessment needs to run. Try this first or try accessing the site later. I hope this helps. Good luck. |
You should try talking to her in the "most formal" ; office tone manner. - hello Ms. Xxxxx if you don't mind, I'll like to have a min. Did i do something wrong? - better still jump in a do something that needs to be done even if you are not asked to. No laziness - give her no reason to fire you. I hope this helps. Good Luck. |

The church of GOD is marching on and no devil or challenge or gate from hell will prevail against the church. There is no wisdom/counsel above/against that of JESUS - the same JESUS that lives in HIS children and Pastors. So when the challenger is ready, the GOD that gives wisdom to the wise, power to the strong, and makes foolish the counsel/advice/challenge of ahitophel is also ready. |
@slimyem - Its the truth now! By the fear of the LORD only o. If we wait for common sense; common sense is not the same everywhere- i mean i read a post on a thread where a guy assumed that because he slapped a lady, she now wants to date him - he was like he was prob going on a slapping spree of Nigerian ladies - this is common sense from one persons angle! hope we get! |
I think the key to a long lasting relationship is finding someone that fears GOD. Proverbs16:6 - By the fear of the LORD Men "depart" from evil. So a man or woman that fears GOD, will depart from -Cheating,Wife battery,Lying,Deceit, Pre-marital SEX,Alcoholism ....... etc How do you find a man or woman that fears GOD? Only GOD can show you that, HE knows the heart of all men. But a first step is submitting to HIM sincerely and prayerfully seeking HIS direction - "PATIENTLY". |
Just a quick reminder; while we sort love and romance, - WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT, JESUS is coming sooner than you think. Get prepared! Give HIM your life! That's the most important thing-Matthew6:33. |

Yu have to know for the right man to trust - one that fears GOD enough not to play with the lives or emotions of others. NB: Fears GOD not you; GOD - Proverbs16:6b. |
@poster - you can start with yours if you've had any or someones' you know about. |
Read the post just before your own. NB: They have the practice qs on their site - look through experiencepg.com |
@ Simonwal - I meant share the company name, someone who might have done the success drivers test before could help you by posting specific questions. |
You might Share the coy - someone who might have done the success drivers test previously might give you specifics. |
Success drivers test is meant to test your personal abilities against the particular company or job. They'll usually ask questions that are personal - do you work hard, would you like to travel alot, if given the option to close by four or six what would you do, - they might present different scenarios at work and ask what would be your reaction. The key - be truthful, be yourself cos they'll also manipulate the same questions in different ways to catch lies - I'm sure you are a hard working self starter and ol and ol - so be yourself, be truthful. Their point is to make sure they employ someone who would be naturally satisfied with the job they are giving - so if the job needs no travelling at ol and your say you want to travel 80% of the time, you might not be satisfied if they offered you the position - would you? So again be yourself, be truthful. |
Why no just call their HR. I think it would be easier and neatly done this way. So you don't go there and they'll tell you yours was for another day. |
nona.noni:there is a link to the sample questions on their website. Visit the career section in their website-i'll try to get the link and post it. What did you apply for and when did you apply? |
Hello, I heard this guy's testimony about how he graduated from the University of Ibadan with Second Class Upper and looked for a job for years to no avail. In one of the interviews that he went for, the interviewer out of pity gave him transport fare and told him that he did not meet their expectations. The young man was so frustrated (just like millions of unemployed Nigerians) that he resorted to doing business but he had no capital. In November last year, he saw an advert on the newspapers for the National Employment Training Scheme (NETS) and registered. The training was absolutely FREE and he finished in May 2010. Today, the fellow is a Radio Frequency Engineer with Huaxin Consulting and in a space of 72 days, he travelled across 15 states, lodged in about 26 different hotels, visited at least 32 major towns and cities and innumerable hamlets all over the South East and North West. He personally worked on 108 Base Transceiver Stations all over the country based on his training in NETS. He did not go for further training. We have so many unemployed Nigerians and this is the cause of the rise in kidnapping and robbery incidents across the country. Please forward to everyone on your contact list so that they can be aware and encourage those around them who are unemployed to be a part of the programme. For more information, see www.netsnigeria.org on how to register. YOU NEVER KNOW WHOSE LIFE YOU WILL BE CHANGING OR WHICH CRIMINAL YOU WILL BE TAKING OFF THE STREETS. |
According to Job 22:28 - Fellow Naira-landers lets prayerfully (in faith) drop a word concerning that interview or job you seek or currently have holding GOD to HIS word And see how this MIGHTY KING will quickly Honor HIS word in that situation this week. |
