Once u open the pdf file on the Computer, you'll be able to fill it there, just click in the fields. You may leave the date field blank if you're not sure of when you'll go... Remember not to sign tho!
And you'll also go with ur passport & two copies of its data page.

beebee5000: But if you have the small birth certificate issued to you by any local govt, then you dont need to do an age declaration. I actually did the two but on my interview day i asked the receptionist which one to use, she told me if its the old one from the local govt that it is accepted. So i ended up not using age declaration.
But if you were born in the 90's then better go get NPC birth certificate. To be on the safer side.

abiegirl: Yes its next week. If you have a testimonial from your primary school, you can do as someone here advised (that's what I am doing as well). Get an affidavit dt the certificate is missing. You can do it at the same time as your age declaration since they'll both be from a court. The statement of result should pose no problems, after all your school admitted u witout a certificate.

No testimonial as well!

Ndyoo: I did mine with just 1K. It might vary according to location. Walk into any high court close to where you reside. I am going to use an age declaration. It won't even take an hour before it gets done. Don't worry...Just provide them with the necessary information and sign then you're good to go.

Depends on the school and course choice. But most schools would accept it. They usually accept mostly based on credit load and hours put into University courses relevant to the one you're applying for. CGPA, may then be considered if they have lots of applicants for a limited number of slots. But you have very good shot!

Dere was no particular format for what I sent, subject of my email was 'visa appointment'. In the body of d email, I indicated dt I was sending in scans of my admission letter, bio data page n account opening slip in order 2 book an appntment and indicated my preferred date. Just abt 2 sentences...

I won't lie though, TU Freiberg had magnificent courses and course modules, I think maybe even more hands-on. Don't decide by what I just said alone, it was only a suggestion. Still do ur research about both universities. Only you know what u truly want.

Is it TU Freiberg? If yes, I suggest u stick with Bremen. I maynot know about which is better in terms of Student jobs, but I know Uni Bremen is much more highly ranked than TU Freiberg.
But if it's another university in Freiberg, I can't say.

olaoluphilip: For quick Visa, apply for your Interview immediately you submit your block account form. On the day of your interview, be relax, don't look desperate and dont allow them to intimidate you. The questions they will ask are normal questions you should be able to answer if you are really going for the course. Also try and do your research about the city you are going, the course you are going for and your area of specialization. During my time in March, a lot of people crammed answers, so when the No nonsense woman found out that people were giving the same answers she decided giving written test. So just be relaxed and finally trust God to make all things work out for your good. Expecting all of you here soonest

Please what documents exactly are to be scanned when booking?
And what happens if one is given an appointment date before 1. The blocked Account is open 2. The 8040€ hasn't been paid yet?
