Bros I'm happy yu pity some of us and I also appreciate ur point. I agree wit yu that soldiers shld know they can be called to lay their lives as any time FOR A CAUSE but not to commit suicide(attempted suicide is still an offence tho). I agree our soldiers had low morale and it was as a result of certain factors which is why I said we hv our lapses and we fixing. We were here when same country withdrew its troops frm Baga and a week later Boho haram hit d MNJTF. Suddenly they are "back to the rescue". However, since we are carrying out a comparative analysis here I'm of the opinion yu give d chadian soldiers 60 bullets each and let them go to war with their high morale.

Nigerian soldiers had a legitimate complaint abt being in short supply of amo. Recently they have been givien more weapons and I'm sure we don't hear them complaining again. Chad and Cameroon keep spewing rubbish. When Nig soldiers were fighting these guys Chad was their home. Most of d insurgents are chadians and mostly launched attacked then run back to chad and Niger without restrain frm d chadian govt. This was a major frustration for the NA. Now that Chad, Niger and cameroon hv woken frm their slumber and as a result of d attacked frm all angles BH is being cornered and they claiming d glory and painting our army bad. We have our lapses and we working on it but no matter wat dey do they can never beat us and they are only being ungrateful for all the Military and finacial assistants Nig has given and helped to stabilise their own countries in west Africa.

Nobody wants to hear that soldiers are being killed. However, soldiers at d front have complained hw d military authorities don't bother to count or confirm d men killed. It is important cos it makes the men feel appreciated. How would yu feel going to war and knowing that in the event of your death nobody will notice or confirm your absence? Also pple have been celebrating the commissioned officers but I assure yu that before 1 Lieutenant or captain is killed abt not less than 20 recruits would have died. So why is it that pple don't celebrate other fallen heroes who are NCOs? Is the life of a Major more secred than a corporal? Or d corporal has no relatives that would miss him. A yound recruit was buried in his village in Enugu and there was no single military presence. By d way, this gallant Lieutenant died last year not dis week.
