So now Dangote does not need to factor in the logistics of getting crude feedstock across seas and oceans since he has right of first refusal for Nigerian crude. Additionally, he does not need to factor logistics to get the fuel to the dealers and retailers that patronise him. So can you clearly explain how he is at a disadvantage compared to marketers who import fuel from far distances and have to pay import costs as well as logistics and do not get the benefit of naira equivalence?
