In the shabby "Little Mogadishu" quarter of Kenya's capital, Somalis feared the militant attack could trigger a violent backlash against them, reports Reuters.

A shoe seller who declined to give his name said the attackers were bringing Somalia's war to Kenya.

"The reason we're here is because of such people who have invaded our country (Somalia).

"Now they're coming here to make our lives miserable."

This has absolutely nothing to do with religion and the Kenyan authorities already made that clear to everyone who cares to listen. In times like this, critical thinking is necessary not emotional outbursts. And those blood sucking terrorists aren't committing this crime in the name of any God - it's for political reasons and publicity.
so, u expect the government to come out and say "yes the muslims did it and infact we are going after the muslims now huh?"
smh at the way some people think

Nairobi eyewitness: 'I was running for my life'

21 September 2013 Last updated at 23:20 BST

The Somali militant group al-Shabab has claimed responsibility for shootings inside a shopping centre in the Kenyan capital Nairobi that has left dozens dead, the BBC has learned.

Al-Shabab, which has links to al-Qaeda, said the attack was in response to Kenya's presence in Somalia, where its troops have been fighting the militants since 2011.

Eyewitness, Abdulaziz, - who escaped from the shopping mall - told reporters that he saw a gunman leaving the scene with the crowds.

Sagamite: All these pictures I am seeing of Kenyan security forces is just a pure shame on Africa.

- You hear unknown men are sporadically killing people and the security forces sent people with mufti and no identification badge carrying guns to go and save them? How will the people know the difference between murderers and security forces guys?

- Many of the security guys are so ill-trained they seem to always have their guns facing downs instead of "pointed and ready". A bullet travels faster than your reaction. If a terrorist comes round the corner, you are dead before you can react.

- This quack goons are telling people (including kids) to run to come and meet them in safety, instead of taking their guns, in a set "pointed and ready" position, to meet and escort these people from their spot of temporary safety to full safety.

Africa is run by fucktards!
