Just got my passport back now and I thank God for making me smile .

Multiple entry visa from September 2016 to February 2021. Visa expires ONE day before my passport expiry. Awesome!

Visa issued by Accra IRCC. So it's confirmed that Accra has been the culprit all along. Looool.

I really thank God for seeing me through to the end of this long journey.

Someone tipped me that they applied towards May 2016 ending and they got refused a few days back. They are definitely working on your application. Maybe they find it hard to verify some information.

Meanwhile my passport is on its way back.

After 5 months, then hand out rejection, kai!!!

Two things matter here;
1. The amount entering an account on a monthly basis
2. The account balance at the end of the month

To the issue of your friend, the application may not surface, not sounding as a prophet of doom though, but just go with reality. The VO will try to calculate the current economic situation in the country and balance it with the monthly inflow and the balance at hand. He/she will also believe that the applicant will have family obligations to fulfill at the end of each month. All these will form their premises on which the decision will be based.

The one thing I noticed the second I walked in was their attitude. Rude, sassy. Especially the dude coordinating things. The guy that handled the biometrics capture itself was nice and professional. I think if u go very early you will be out in no time. Good luck guys.

Just go there as early as possible. Met a woman that had been there since 7:20 abd at at 3:00 pm that I left the place, she was waiting for her biometrics.

In the application form, under Employment section, the form says you should give details of your employment for the past 10 years. I filled and they said my employment history is not up to 10 years, so I had to augment meant it with my studentship, or what have you. This happened after 3 hours of picking a ticket.

I believe someone should have been assigned to do a check on this before and make some necessary amendments.

Oga Jay, didn't know even vfs had sluggishness in them. Went to submit my app yesterday, with everything intact, only for me to be told my employment history had to be 10 years. Na so I turn back. They should have called have these things checked before they called one but no.

Should I submit originals of CAC reg papers, marriage certificate etc? I thought it's only passport that should be original I'm a paper application. Pls help clarify

You can have the photocopies notarized/certified by a notary lawyer.
