I want to share some experience I had with a friend this holiday which almost ruined my relationship if there was no trust.

I visited my fiancé last Friday, I went there to spend my holidays with him. We were there watching a movie when a friend from Koforidua called that she was in Accra abd she was supposed to do something with her posting (she is a nurse)so she needed a place to sleep till Tuesday. In fact knowing her very well I didn’t even want her to come to my man’s place because she always compliments my man anytime I post him and 1 day she even told me in a playing tone that she will snatch him and I know she can do it.

Fast forward, I called my mum and she said my cousins are around so she can’t accept her. I told her and she pleaded and she sounded so worried. So I called a friend(male) so close to my mom’s place. I told him to please help my friend because I know they have plenty empty rooms. He told his mum and they accepted to host her only if I will come sleep with her so she feels comfortable .

Hmmmmm I left my comfort zone.
Note: my man was aware of all this and he never had a problem with it. I picked her up and we went to my friend’s house. He welcomed us and gave us a key to one room.

It was time for date rush, so I decided to go to their hall to watch since my data was small. When leaving, she asked for my phone to call her mum. Not knowing she wanted my man’s number. I don’t know how she did it but just yesterday evening my man called and he was like, how did your friend get my number?

I told him I haven’t given her his number and he forwarded some screenshots to me. My friend sent a screenshot claiming it’s from my phone to my man saying I and that male friend who hosted us have been sleeping together because in the screenshot, it was like “come into my room now, let’s have sex” and I said “ok, on my way”

She said she took the screenshot from my phone but the....................

I would like to share something on how possible it is to meet good men. What we should avoid though is judging them by appearance.

I met a guy on Facebook that was somewhere around 2013. We started talking on Facebook and later on phone. Because he was in Accra and I in Kumasi, we couldn’t find time to meet. I was in JHS 2 by then and he was in the university, level 200.

Per our conversation he seemed like a very intelligent, smart, etc person, so I liked him very much. We spoke almost every day.
After a year of talking on the phone, he told that he wanted to see me. I said okay and told him he should come to where I stay because my mom wouldn’t allow me come to Accra. He agreed

My mom is my best friend and I tell her everything so the day he would come, she took her phone from me that if he calls she will pick and direct him straight to the house. I was in the room when I heard some sounds and knew he was in.
She welcomed and spoke to him for about 20 minutes before calling me out. Hhmm auntie Abena, immediately I saw him I ran back inside the room. My mom called me and insulted me that I lacked manners.

The reason I ran inside because I was disappointed in his physical appearance. He wasn’t handsome, he was an average looking guy though but my problem was he was too short for me. In my family we’re all tall from 6ft. I’m the shortest being 5″10 and he was about 5″7. I had always wanted someone taller than me so you can imagine my disappointment.

My mom came into the room and asked why I ran. I told her my problem and she talked to me about how that doesn’t matter. She said she’d seen greatness in the young man so I should go and apologize for what I did. I did just what I was told and we started flowing again.

After JHS, things were not looking that good financially for my family so I told my mom I wanted to go to Accra to stay with an aunt. There, I could work until our results come for to go to school. My guy got me a job but when our results came, my money wasn’t enough. My mom also couldn’t really help

My guy took it upon himself to pay all my fees. When my mom got me provision he still top up with extra provision. This was the norm until I completed. Even though I saw cute guys in school, they never got to me because I had become so used to my guy’s charisma that any guy that approached me wasn’t interesting.

After SHS, it was just me and him. He looked for work for me which I gladly accepted. He was also working in one good company. My results came and even though I got 5As, I failed in Maths. He told me if I want, I can write the Math again but I told him no. He was okay with it but wanted me to do a UK based professional course.

I started from level two, got a diploma certificate and later did the professional certificate. He paid the registration of all my fees. I was able to get a job as a procurement manager in a company and later applied for distance learning in one of the universities. It wasn’t necessary but I still did it. This time I told him I will pay my fees.

We had our back and forth but he finally.................

Romance / Lady Narrates Her Experience With Husband Who Acts Like A “snake” by redsalsac9: 8:35pm On Apr 06, 2021
A married lady has narrated her terrifying experience with husband who behaves like a real life snake.

The lady who pleaded anonymity while sharing her story via “LifeMatters” wrote;

“I was married to a man for 2 years without knowing that he was a snake. I have heard of countless of stories that sound very mysterious to my ears, but I never knew that I would be sharing mine someday.

I got married to my husband who I met in a supermarket, he was very cool. We met while we were shopping in the same section, I wanted to select from the various brands of detergents on the shelf, and he came close and pointed at one of the detergents there.

He said it had a very nice scent and was nice in making clothes very clean, so I picked it up, and we started talking and that was how we met.

He asked for my number and we started talking on phone and going on dates. I didn’t really get to meet any of his family members, but he was lovely. We fell in love and started planning our wedding. I asked to meet his people but he avoided the question, because I loved him, I didn’t think much about it.

On our wedding day, he came with his parents and some of his family members, and I was so happy. We moved in together and it was fun all the way. He bought me a car and made me feel very comfortable with him. He even went and opened for me a shop where I could sell variety of goods.

However, there was something about him that I didn’t really understand. He built a very small structure downstairs where he said he used for prayers late at night. I didn’t seem to understand why he wanted to pray in somewhere other than in the room, and when I asked him, he said he didn’t want to disturb me.

Then one day he was out, I searched the whole house for the keys to that small room and finally saw it. I went downstairs and opened the room and to my greatest surprise what I saw really baffled me. I saw a snake’s skin that looked like it recently shed its skin. I was scared but composed myself and played cool. I thought of asking him but I didn’t want to cause any form of awkward situation so I acted asleep when he was about to go for his normal prayers.

Then when he moved to go I opened my eyes, and started following him without him knowing.

He didn’t....
