you can't peg anything, you need to look at your foreign reserve before pegging any forex, there are so many determinants that determine price of forex... Y did china or Germany or other countries not peg forex to what suit them,

There's an agency I do see patching up roads in Lagos state before, I wander why they are not effective again. It's been long I saw them work on a road in Lagos.
