Yes, they are both great coaches. Personally, I would rank Pep slightly over Klopp but what cannot be denied is Pep’s failure to deliver Champions League to both Bayern and Man City. These two clubs have won domestic titles before his tenures. What he need to do is deliver UCL. Why can’t we be critical of Pep’s failures?? His team payrolls have been bigger than Klopps, he has been given the resources/players.
