No way was Kliopp’s UCL win “lucky”. He turned Liverpool’s fortunes around. They have won the league and UCL … very impressive given their budget.

You are right about this, the government and military chiefs are clueless.
The enemy has far greater number of fighters and better tactics than our armed forces.
Gone are the days when they run on approach of the military, now they are the one taking the battle
to military posts and camps instead of the other way around.

The only reason Boko Haram is this effective is because they are facing a toothless army led by a government with no effective strategy. There is also very little will in weeding out their sponsors. Islamic terrorism exists all over the world and many countries, that are willing to do so, are able to contain it. Boko Haram pretty much schools out army … and no fault of our gallant troops!

You are wrong, the military can easily win any conventional war.
But neither Bandits nor Boko haram are fighting conventional war.

Regardless, we do not have the will to fight Boko Haram. No military intelligence, not sound tactical strategy, no coordinated ground/aerial attack. It is sad and frustrating. All the fault lies with the government and top military brass.
