Jobs/VacanciesRe: Notore PLC #graduate Engineer Trainee by reflexionz(m): 9:14am On Apr 28, 2015
hello guys, the interview went well like @kingsleychidosky said its a 6-7 man panel, about 15-30mins or more depending on what the indian man with the turban asks, cos the man just dey drill me on all fields most especially my present industry in electricity distribution and further we went to mechanical engineering and a whole lot of other stuffs.....went well though. just prepare your mind questions will come from your cv too
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Notore PLC #graduate Engineer Trainee by reflexionz(m): 8:52am On Apr 26, 2015
kingsleychidosky:
the technical questions are based on both your experience and engineering questions (depending on your department ). For example, I was asked "which part of Chemical engineering do you like most and would like to specialize in it in future". My answer raised other questions from the part I mentioned. They also asked me things about the design of heat exchangers which is not part of my experience or the part of Chemical engineering that I mentioned.
Dude thanks a million, this obviously has helped Ma preparations.... Will tell u How it all went down, #Godspeed to us all

hello guys, I had my interview on 17 April 2015. For those that are yet to have theirs, be able to defend whatever you have on your CV(because they will be looking at your CV). expect technical questions in your field of study/experience, expect HR questions like "where do you see yourself in Five years time, what is your salary expectation". Please don't be threatened by the panel(7-man), Speak with confidence. Good luck guys.
Oh thanks glad you were able to shed some light on how the interview steered..... please I need to know the level of technical questions asked is it based on your experience alone or engineering questions like what do u know about a lathe machine or stuff like that? Thanks again in advance bro.

TravelRe: 3 Arik Staff Arrested For Stealing Jet Fuel From Arik Plane by reflexionz(m): 6:23am On Feb 18, 2015
First and foremost, I encourage not theft but can't help when I see a lot of misinformation. Now being a person who has worked with aircrafts and at the airside fuelling aircrafts I know a thing or 2. Now op your source got their aircraft registration wrong, its 5N-MJD and not MID arik has no MID in her fleet. Now the only reason these guys were caught is because they didn't play ball with Avsec and airforce team on duty, now to the people that feel airlines can buy fuel from touts, its a big nooo, there's a lot involved in jet a1 or jetfuel that most people don't know, I am confidentialy not at liberty to discuss that cos I have signed documents that means I can't say anything to that extent. Do you know jet fuel cud be used as anoda fuel we nigerians crave for? Hence ask yourself why jerricans? Trust me he wasn't stealing to fuel anoda aircraft! Cos 6 jerricas are negligible compared to what an aircraft needs to fly, they take fuel in thousands tens of thousands and some times hundred of thousands depending on destination. Ehen pls its not possible for a pilot to take an aircraft without fuel cos he has to balance his aircraft fuel load with passengers weight and luggage.
These guys wouldn't steal if they were paid ontime, I'm sure by nw some of u are expectn febuary pay, most of em just got december, its no reason to steal but please guys its not black and white

@merlissa you sound like an awesome girl o.. . Would luv to hang out with you. Anyways I like the fact you are totally not interested in football that's the issue I have with naira "gamers" they play only soccer ewww. What happened to FPS, RTSand adventure. Games like mass effect 2-3. METAL GEAR GUNS OF PATRIOT, call of duty:ghosts, last of us, beyond 2souls, God of War3, Street fighter Vs tekken, Kill zone, Castle Vania, final Fantasy. Etc these are games!!! Not soccer, football is a good game of but haha playing the same thing over and over no form of brain development. Anyway make I stop Der I also happen to own the fifa14 too o but I love first person shooters ehn and I'm a Sony man

I'm enjoying this thread, anyways guys its reflexionz o. grin well as for the amount of bread I don't want to say one thing and my oga at the top will say another. Think not of the pay, like someone said on this thread think of the skills, knowledge base this will give and add to you. If you are looking for BIG MONEY please disco ain't for you. Please get ready to go dirty not all is office work. You will meet with different types of disgruntled human beings far different from what you know and are used to in Lagos except you are from this locales.
As for the loaves of bread

As for the loaves of bread I don't want to say and wen u see ur offer letter the loaf has diminished u go come dey vex. But I can tell you this the program is in 2 phases. On the job training and classroom training. The classroom training will cover core engineering and accounting/commerce practices in the power distribution sector the classroom training is residential and will be for 3Months.
Sorry I cant answer ur loaf of bread question but its close to 10 loaves of bread as a trainee.
Some of you wen u receive ur offer letter you will decline but think very well before u accept or decline there's a big challenge waiting on the other side of BEDC.
Oh also on the job training is not residential u will look for ur own apartment or wer to squat like us. The classroom training is after the on the job training that is residential and the loaf of bread will vary during this period.
And for the lady that knows alot of Benin already you will enjoy here cos u got friends most of us don't know any soul...presently at Kada cinemas want to watch 30days in Atlanta and ThePurge:anarchy. Watched Interstellar last week. My fones misbehaving I'll get back to u guys asap.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Entry Level Salaries Of Companies In Nigeria by reflexionz(m): 11:42pm On Nov 10, 2014
Its become obvious that most people coming to make comments here don't really understand the difference between a confirmed staff and a trainee/contract staff. The topic says entry level pay and I believe its for confirmed staff that's why its high in some industries.
As for oil and gas coys particularly the likes of exxon, total and shell. Pls google it and u will see the man that says its 16-17m tells no lie. Excluding the fact I have a good friend who's a reservoir engineer. She told me herself and i didn't believe I had to google it. Its a world standard just like he said...u cud be deployed anywer.
Aircraft refueller in airport is 125k gross.
