We have no choice but to keep abreast of the latest technology and our it applies to our trade. Some might be expensive and out of reach but if we persist and are determined enough, it is achievable.

You need to factor in 100K to mobilize and demobilize the tractor.
Word of caution though:
1. Insist on D8 or higher
2. Get someone to keep an eye on the operator so that he is focused and working to time. those guys can be funny

If you are interested in livestock farming on a medium scale level, first thing first,
acquire a land ( 1 hectare )
Erect a room or two room apartment to
accommodate workers and fence at least four
Plots with wire fence ten meters to the
apartment.
The fenced plots is to keep animals in a small shelter after grazing and in case you wish to feed them with concentrates and give them medications when needed.
Another important facility is water supply.
All these are to be considered first before anyone ventures into this biz.
