Am facing a similar issue now BT mine is that the agent claimed to b the caretaker and I did inquire frm other occupants and they all agreed that the agent was the one that..A long story still on the case.
They don't pay d new recruit well , sacking old staff and recruiting those they wl pay peanuts. The new MD is an Indian so better be prepared for slave labour
lavivi: There is nothing like 'expiry or expired date' when it comes to vehichle tyres. It's very wrong to say that tyre has expired. Tyre can only whithers out or depreciates when in use, that's the reason u don't see expiry dates on it rather it only manufacturing dates. My point is that a tyre which was manufactured 10years ago that has not been in use or rather a buyer bought a new tyre which was manufacutured 10years ago cannot be considered as using' expired tyres' but Road safety commision considered 4yrs or more in use tyres as expired. Technically that is wrong!
You are not completely right, the manufacturers know that it will expire, why are they in business then..is it not to make profit. Even if u buy a new tyre today and keep it unused,in the nxt 10yrs the rubbers will crack even b4 placing it under the load of the vehicle.
amdoyin82: My take on this is DAT people shud be mindful wen buying tyre.. U can even get tokunbo DAT has reasonable date. I bought two tokunbo tyres at ladipo three months ago and the ones I bought were 2014 and 2015 respectively. FRSC can intimidate cos of expired tyre. I am a living witness.
that's one lucky chance in a thousand. Those sellers normally do the stamping and you will not even know. I once bought a good tokunbo tyre last 2 yrs that will expire the same year, the guy ask me to pay 300 each and he took it to where it was stamped to expire in the nxt 3yrs. Bros,if u see it u will never believe it's not factory done.
I changed my gearbox last month and the gear and movement of the car was fine, but after travelling with the car for 180 km journey,on my way back i noticed that the gear is slipping. After scanning no code was found,it selects all the gears smoothly but once i drive up to 30 minutes, the slipping will resume.Car is Golf 3.
Handsomecole: Nice try, but your LOGO has some errors. 1: It's too clumsy 2: How can you have two elephants on the logo, is Abia all about elephants, even the elephants are leaning on the state, you want to use the weight to bring down the state??
3: still on the elephants, why are they wearing head caps and boxers are they human beings?? It makes no sense bro.
4: The elephants where standing in position as if they wanted to urinate on the state which is a disrespect .
The other logo is simple and the items were better defined even without explanations. And the elephant in the other Logo looks happier.
hahahaha are u an animal scientist?? bt spot on. The other two dey vex and e be lik say dey dey vex for the state.De governor no go like am.
There is no gain in fighting, rather walk away or say sorry and leave than to fight. 3 things are sure to happen after a fight: Permanent injury, death, prison and possibly a revenge. Rather call me a pus.s.y or coward than to engage in such a fight, if serious, there are better ways to resolved it.
streetzdreamz: Its easy to read all the do's and donts, but very hard almost impossible to go through with em all,the only thing that can reduce mortality from a blown out tyre is the ops first point,"speed"the higher the speed the lower the chances of getting out alive, all other points are secondary as this event happens withing seconds, your brain has no time to process any lists of donts and do's,just survival pops up!!!fact is once you have a blow out and the vehicle doesnt topple over in 10s then you have a chance to go through safety measures, a blow out is crazy its easier imagined than experienced, the sudden loud noise jolts you outa any thoughts, your vehicle starts swerving in an opposite direction, rigorous jolting as a result of the imbalanced wheels, depending on the side the tyre is,i think rear blow outs tends to be the deadliest, recently a nairalander gave a hint about the causes of blow outs, too much pressure in tyres,i think preventing blowouts is better than correctin it.
I thought front blow outs is the deadliest why saying rear?
TheDarknight: Break failure and Tyre blowout are two different scenarios.
While brake loss induces fear alright, especially if you're in top speed and have traffic in front of you, tyre burst doesn't attract that much fear, because you still have a relative control of the car more than you would in a brake failure.
I've had tyre burst twice in highway and one brake failure, I found the brake failure experience more mind-overwhelming .
Nothing to gain, rather call me a coward than to fight.if he dies during the fight you go to jail and if he kills you then you are gone. If you are lucky u get injured yet spend money for treatment and the pains that follows or even get a permanent scar.
I hv a very neat 1996 Golf 3 auto drive that can pass as a tokunbo. Badosqi: Memphis was fantastic yester-nite, a world class performance. That is the way a NO. 7 should play, last time I saw this type of performance 4rm a United player was when CR7 was still a Man U player. Brilliant performance. I hope he will replicate this performance in Premier league matches, we need him now and he needs to play like this continuously to be the Fans favorite.
Youtube video of his performance below. That hocus spocus on 4:45
Memphis has the talent, that much is obvious. LVG needs to give him game time and with all the injuries it seems a certainty. He should have never been benched mid-season. Players like him need game time to play through their bad patches - benching them just knocks their confidence, so when they do come on as a sub with 10-15 mins to go they play badly; add this to the fact that he's young and needs to settle in and adjust to the life style and the English play style, I feel he's been maltreated. Last season at PSV his performances were consistent and top-drawer. A little love and faith from your manager goes a long way, especially when you're young and vulnerable.
greatgod2012: Yes, you can! But it depends on some factors.....
If your wife is working and she's ready to assist in financing the house and kids (when they start coming).
If you don't have high taste, as in, you're not the type that goes in for very expensive stuffs.
If your wife also is the type that can maintain such a lifestyle with you.
If you don't have demanding relatives, as in, you have understanding relatives who believe that each is to his own, and your wife is also from that type of family.
If you're focused, prudent and conservative, you can cope with the income you're currently having. The truth is that, many are earning way below that, and they are married with kids and they are maintaining their family well according to their capability. It all depends on the type of spouse involved and type of lifestyle one believes in.
And the bitter truth is if you're still waiting to become a millionaire or a billionaire before settling down, you might just wait for eternity.
My advice: Do what you wanna do, with proper planning and steady focus, you will get there.
Warning: Study your wife-to-be very well and make sure she's ready to cooperate with you in the journey, or else. na OYO you dey o. May God help you.
With this two points excluded,am afraid u wl encounter problems if you marry wt that income.
Guilty of 1,2,4,14 though number 2 is overfilling which i believe is another cause of transmission failure.I lost 2 transmission within a year due to these abuses.
omotades: I'm tired now. Changed the oil to recommended one. one minute it works fine, next minute the problem is back. it will rev with no corresponding increase in its acceleration. No gear shift. it only works fine for like 5 mins if the vehicle had been previously parked for some hrs.
