Wow, this was the same guy that brought Babangida to him knees in the 80s when he was ASUU chairman, he refused to call of strike despite all threats from IBB. Lets see how, IBB would sneak Aso rock now. There may be hope for Naija afterall.

^^^^What the creation of Isreal did is similar to Yorubas going back Egppt or East as history claimed that they were from there and told the present dwellers to move away to nowhere, do you think that would happen without resistance?

@ibkaye, tuwo is a kind of hausa food made from rice, over cooked and mashed, eating with native stew such as luuru, i would say its a raw form of groound rice meal aka gira.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Total Oil Interview Any Idea On The Format? by Remii(m): 11:27am On Jun 04, 2010
I will suggest you go there with open mind and confidence. Getting info and attempting to second guess interviewers can be counter productive sometimes you may give interviewer the impression of being fake or desperate.

I will suggest you read your CV very well and be ready to defend any issues that may come out of it. Answer only questions put to you and do that concisely and without perambulation, if you don't know, say so, since they may take you up on your response. best of luck.

PoliticsRe: Wife-Beating Oba Vs Kingmakers, Human Rights Groups by Remii(m): 7:16am On Jun 04, 2010
^^^^^ they said he poured hot ashes on the woman a symbol of inflicting someone with leprosy in Akure tradition. That in itself is a criminal act, like acid attack. The king should be arrested and prosecuted as required. Kings have have demoted, banished, arrested even jailed in Nigeria this should not be exception.

This "oba" has all the traits of thug in him, the king makers rejected him, he was forced on the people by Mimiko, he is said to be a ear stud wearing guy, goes to clubs, bring girls back to the palace, slaps any difficult chief during council meetings, he is not regular polygamous oba, he is a "special" case.

CrimeRe: Oba Beats Wife In Public! by Remii(m): 11:02am On Jun 02, 2010
bueze:
This is a disgrace of the highest order.

The Oba should be made a scape goat to useless men who raise up their hands to beat women irrespective of the women being their wives or not.

NB:

Can someone please confirm if the other woman (Remi Abiola) is the popular yoruba actress once married to M.K.O.
Remi Abiola of Nollywood died last year in New York
