Approval alert guys!!!! I'm writing this to encourage everyone that has lost hope in their application or even discouraged. I'm a second time applicant my first application took 9 weeks only to be denied on the basis of limited employment opportunities in home country. Application submitted - October 22 Medical request - November 25 Medical completed - December 3rd Medical passed - December 11 Approval - December 13 My profile Bsc accounting just finished NYSC December 2018 Going for MBA finance Documents submitted Admission letter NYSC certificate Corper request from my PPA I continued interning for them till July this year My dad's SOA showing 10m balance My dad owns his own company so the CAC documents (we're all directors) My internship letter with company letter head Sponsorship letter from my dad Photocopy of landed properties BTW I tackled my refusal reason with the letter from my. PPA showing that I am employable I'm also a chartered accountant my dad also wrote a letter with his letter head stating I'm a director and I'm just going to learn how to manage the business till my other siblings are grown enough and that he'll soon retire. Honestly it was a journey and God played a big role in it. Do your best package as best as you can pray hard too even harder than you put your documents together and leave it for God don't give up. Trust me I was always refreshing this thread daily I don't close it on my web browser. It has ended in praise for me I hope to see more success stories. Anyone going to VIU Nanaimo please hit me up |

Why not just apply for permanent residence you have the work experience honestly I think your chances are really slim but nothing is impossible with God chigrad: Between these 2, who is in best position to apply for study visa?
Wife Refused 2 times for study visa some years ago.no child then. Studied chemistry in first degree but applied for Post graduate Baccalaureate in Business administration as she did not have 2.1 to do masters program.business was work experience. Gms states not sure to return back after studies. Presently 2 kids ,one is 2 years and second is 3 months old Graduated in 2011,so 8 years ago
Husband Has only first degree Wants to do a masters or pdg programme in same field as work experience also related to first degree.
Graduated 2004,that's 15 years ago.Has 13 years work experience in the field he wants to study. Will the huge number of study gap (15 years) be an issue?
Your advise please for both people will be appreciated and the best candidate. |

I got the same refusal omg!!! I thought it was only me I was so confused what is limited employment opportunities in home country it is well my sister MissMichelleA: Well my refusal just came in today. Reasons: Family ties in Canada and at home, 'limited employment opportunities in my country of residence' (WTF does that even mean? I read information technology BTW and there are a ton of IT start-ups popping up everywhere.) and current employment situation (I finished NYSC and started applying to schools immediately, didn't get a job interim because my parents thought it would be too stressful juggling school applications because I'm SS). |

Qudkom: You probably didn't show enough proof to confirm your employment or show enough proof in your study plan about the job prospect of your current field in the country. Thanks so much for your reply I just completed my nysc and I'm currently unemployed what is the way forward now?? |

Hi everyone I got this reason for my denial please can anyone help out
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence. |
