its pretty simple. it means closing a certain portion of your trade and leaving the rest in the market. now the idea here is that you close a certain portion of your tar and move your stoploss to break even which is three pips front of the entry price. if the trend continues you make more profit. if it doesn't you dont lose, becAuse of the first trade you.pulled out. Now the only way you can close a trade partially is if you are trading a lot size larger that your brokers minimum lotsize. eg. u place a trade with 0.4 lot size nd you are in say 50pips profit, most people just hit close on mt4 but to do this before clicking close edit the lot size in the pop up window to say 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 depending on ur preference. if you change it yo 0.2 before clicking close the your broker will close you out with 25pips and you will still have a trade with 0.2 lots running in the market. Now this is where i set break even. If it goes further i make profit and if it doesn't i get taken out at break even without a loss but a profit from my partial exit. if gu fails to break 5900 today, then we will be looking at 57504...

so i was taking a look at the daily gu trade after i read and watched the video infoforst posted yesterday and found... a break at the 61.8 fib level on the daily tf will call for 1.59946 which is the next resistance level. once 5900 is successfully broken, we are on the way up....

I am sharing with you the above conversation with my student, this is what we messaged back and forth on skype when I was on vacation.
If you look in the above conversation there are 2 conflicting suggestions I gave my student...... this would be a great example on when to follow your plan and when to ..JUST GET OUT.....


My Student messged me about a trade he was in on the EU... he wanted to know what to do once he was in profit.... my advice to him was.... Dont ask me ... Follow your trade plan, if your trade plan says exit ... exit, if it says move stop to be ... do that, if your TP says hold on to the trade till it goes at Profitr or Loss do that....

He ended up with a 40 pip gain based on his own TP

The Same Student messged me again on Friday this time he saide... I have 10 Pips of profit what should I do... my advice to him this time.... Foreget your Trade Plan... just get out of the way... and close the position... he had taken this trade based on my Trade Plan....


.... SO now this begs a questions... why did I suggest to stay with the trade plan in case 1 and why get out in Case 2 ?

The answer is ... when things are "Normal" you have to follow your trade plan completely no excuses.... However when you see a Storm coming..... Forget any Trade Plan.... just close your position at profit or loss and just get out of the way.......

the gold trade, if you look at it, it rejected the 200 ema line which made it to go back up.

gold still remains bullish to me with the chart below.
currently on a buy now as gold got to the 200ema (purple line)) before turning back 2 days ago.

pip locker is an indicator that helps you to lock a certain amount of pip after you have entered a trade,there making you to always profit from every trade that you take.
you can simply set it that after 10pips, it should lock in your 10pips so that when the moves goes against you, you are still out with 10 pips

its been a long time since i even bought an issue of SDE....
I have placed an advert on their platform

i use guardian and punch for my advert and its been great
