HealthRe: FIIRO Links Organ Failures To Foods Processed With Local Grinders by revkay: 2:35pm On Feb 16
Thanks for this
jmoore:
I created a topic about it last year. https://www.nairaland.com/8569798/food-nigeria-higher-level-iron

During grinding, iron that is part of the metal used in fabricating the grinding machine keeps breaking into smaller pieces which contaminates the grinded food.

FoodRe: Residents Raise Concerns As Beans Price Soars In Lagos by revkay: 10:43am On Jun 10, 2024
It's disheartening to see the level of poverty increasing daily.
It's poverty that makes one say beans na protein. Beans is mostly carbs with a sprinkle of protein.
If one is worried about his protein intake they should look elsewhere and leave beans alone.

Wish I had seen this earlier . I can confirm that OLAJUMOKE SULIYAT BADMUS IS A SCAMMER
she now operates another IG page https://www.instagram.com/beachapparels.ng_/
I paid for a beachwear over a month ago and she has basically stopped responding after that.
she blocked comments on her new IG page so one cannot leave reviews or comments (red flag!)
Googling her name , she has apparently scammed a lot of people https://scamexpress.com/story/the-owner-cynosure_5k_closet-on-ig-is-a-scammer-dont-waste-your-money-o/
This is her picture
Avoid her

Technology MarketRe: Professor On Any Type Of Generator. by revkay: 10:14am On Apr 28, 2022
Yes , I have had Firman affiliated engineer service it a few times , last month even. I change the oil every 2 weeks.
what can be done for the running speed? is it fixable ?
Thanks!
Gptech:
Have you called anyone to service it? How often do you change oil? Its possible the running speed has reduced drastically.

Good afternoon house , I need your expert advice please
My Firman gen 6.5kva , less than 2 years old, is siginicantly weak capacity wise .
It used to be able to power 2 ACs , fridge and the rest of my gadgets no problems . But over 3 months now , it hardly powers half of my gadgets.

PS. I should add that I use it for long periods at a time , basically anytime NEPA goes off .

My questions
- is this a common occurence with generators i.e do they get weak over time
- is there anything I can do to restore its lost power (or time to get a new one?)

thanks.

Hello gen professors in the building
I bought a new firman key start 10900es gen in dec about 3 months ago. Lately it takes at least 3 attempts to key start whereas it starts at 1st attempt previously. I regularly change oil every 2 weeks.
Just wondering if you can suggest what needs attention in the gen?
Thanks
PropertiesRe: General Topic Thread-To Discuss Anything And Everything in Building Construction by revkay: 5:36pm On Sep 10, 2018
Good day house. This forum has been an enlightenment to me and I'm sure others who happenend to stumble on it as I did.
Kudos to the key contributors for not giving up on project Nigeria. smiley

Please I have a question - has anyone on here had any luck with the Lagos State Task Force on land grabbers recently? The omo-oniles around my site area (isheri idimu) don't seem to have got the memo that their activities has been banned by the lagos state government.
They came to disturb during the foundation stage(jan this year) requesting for "foundation money" and I reluctantly had to part with thousands of my hard earned money after persuasions by the site engineers just for peace to reign.
They have now formed the habit of coming at every stage and opportunity. For example at the decking stage i had to deploy military personnels which seemed to deter them .
we are just at the roofing stage now , lo and behold they were throwing stones/sticks from outside the building inside at the carpenters working.
I don't want to be deploying military folks every time if i can help it (cause of the cost implications obviously), and the police aren't of much use cos they work together anyway with omo-onile so i am thinking of going the Lagos task force route?

Any particular "working" numbers or way I can get them on will be appreciated. I said "working" as all those phone nos advertised on the Lagos state official site aren't going through.

Thanks

I am interested in renting the compactor. What sizes (in tonnes) have you got in Lagos mainland Area. Does out come with operator as well?
