Please @Emmachile, where can one get cheap fertile farmlands to buy in Kogi state for Moringa seed cultivation. Looking at 20 hectares by next year.

When will the grant be disbursed? I just applied now and I was charged the 1000 naira fee. Maybe it's worth the risk.

Someone's farm was bought over in Lokoja near Salem university though it's was just an acre size. The person eventually lost the farm and the transaction didn't go through as the Chinese were to visit and pay the owner when it was discovered fulanis grazed down the young plants a day earlier.

This was late last year. The sale of moringa seeds is even on the increase now as it's been priced for at least N1500-1700 per bucket now.

This really wickedness of the highest order. The Fulani- Hausa herdsmen were never this inhumane 2 decades ago. Where is the hope for agriculture and food sustainability in Nigeria? This incessant farmland destruction by herdsmen is discouraging for prospective farmers, especially the youths. Moringa does quite better in the north than other rain forest parts in Nigeria.
