Sports / Transfer Values: Neymar, Messi And Kane At The Top by rexpeter13(m): 7:56pm On Jan 08, 2018
Like every January, the CIES Football Observatory has calculated the transfer values of players in the five major European leagues. The assessment takes into account the key criteria used by market actors such as age, position, contract duration, performance, international status, etc. Neymar (€213m) heads the table ahead of Lionel Messi (€202m) and Harry Kane (€195m). The top 100 list is available in issue number 209 of the Weekly Post.

Five players from the English Premier League are in the top ten: Harry Kane (2nd), Dele Alli (6th), Kevin de Bruyne (7th), Romelu Lukaku (8th) and Paul Pogba (10th). However, the highest estimated values for goalkeepers and defenders were recorded for two FC Barcelona’s players: Marc-André ter Stegen (€96m) and Samuel Umtiti (€101m). Paulo Dybala (€175m) heads the Serie A rankings, while Robert Lewandowski (€107m) has the greatest figure for German Bundesliga players.

A research note details the scientific methodology used for these estimates. The ratings module on the CIES Football Observatory website presents the values for all big-5 league players. This transfer widget displays the trends from a comparative perspective. Potential clients and commercial partners are kindly invited to contact us to develop new collaborations for a new and exciting football year!

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is the third most valuable player in the world, according to a new study.

CIES' Football Observatory says Kane is worth 194.7m euros (£172.65m), behind only Paris St-Germain forward Neymar, 25, and Barcelona's Lionel Messi, 30.

The England forward, 24, scored 56 goals for club and country last year, making him the top scorer in Europe.

Kane's Spurs and England team-mate Dele Alli, 21, is sixth on the list and the second-highest Premier League player.

Manchester City playmaker Kevin de Bruyne, 26, Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku and midfielder Paul Pogba, both 24, are the other England-based players to make the top 10.

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo, 32, named the world's best male player at the 2017 Best Fifa Football Awards, is 49th on the list and valued at 80.4m euros (£71.29m)

New Barcelona signing Philippe Coutinho is 16th on the list, with the 25-year-old playmaker valued £33m below what the La Liga giants paid for him.

Barcelona's Marc-Andre ter Stegen, 25, is the highest-valued goalkeeper at 96m euros (£85.13m) and 24-year-old Samuel Umtiti the most expensive defender at 101m euros (£89.56m).

Life is full of risks.
There is only one way to find out how it ll work out.
I was employing for my coy(restaurant) in 1994 for junior cadre staff. The pay was #1000/month.Only a few people were willing to accept this offer but I was able to get just 3 people to come over & start the job.Foreigner were our clients so the tips only per day is around $20/$30 daily, they always abandon their wages at every month,I practically beg them to take these monies after about 2 months as the monies will be lying in my hand.
Lesson:
Its worth taking a risk in life.No risk no venture.

Business / Unlimited Internet Access by rexpeter13(m): 2:41pm On Apr 04, 2016
I have been providing pay views service through a free view boxes in many part of Europe. It requires having an unlimited internet service provider/router with at least a 3G internet to be able to stream into the box.Anybody with any ideas how to get this facility can contact me.Nigeria is a huge market for this, this will break the monopoly of the major providers of pay-per -view television companies. This is a great and huge investment.,but internet is the key.

I can make available all free to air channels provided there is availability of unlimited internet access to households. It 'll only take a smaller fraction of btw (2000-5000) monthly subscription.Nigeria environment have not get to that.hopefully the government can see reasons why they need to invest in this area.

Thank God for your life. However Nigerians lost lifes are man-made,selfmade.In other part of the civilized world hardly ever accidents occur day-to-day like it happens in Nigeria.Apart from old ages/sicknesses,which happened everywhere anyway,we usually contend with accidents, bad roads, bad vehicles, humans errors and many other vices that can be minimized to a very barest level.I doubt if this 'll be sorted in a short period of time.Everything is wrong in that country Nigeria.

Liverpool sign Nigerian prospect
23 January 2015 Updated 12:02
By Tony Leighton - Women's football reporter

New Liverpool signing Asisat Oshoala is "one of the best young players in the world", says Reds boss Matt Beard.
Oshoala won both the Golden Boot and Golden Ball - as Player of the Tournament - at last year's Under-20 World Cup Finals, and becomes the first player from Africa to compete in the Women's Super League.
"We beat a number of top American and European clubs to Asisat's signature," said Beard as he welcomed the 20-year-old striker. "Asisat is one of the best young players in the world."
In addition to her star performances in the U20 World Cup, Oshoala also collected the Golden Ball award as the senior Nigeria team qualified for the 2015 World Cup by winning the African Women's Championship.

And she was named 2014's African Women's Player of the Year and Youth Player of the Year after helping her club side Rivers Angels become Nigerian champions.
Beard added: "She's not the finished article yet but she's got pace, power and she certainly knows where the goal is.
"I watched her at the Under-20 World Cup, where she was sensational, and we had early dialogue with her about coming to Liverpool.
"There's been plenty of other interest in her in the last few months, but she chose to join us and I'm absolutely delighted."
Oshoala, nicknamed 'Seedorf' after Dutch legend Clarence, said: "To be able to join the reigning Super League champions is absolutely fantastic.

Liverpool win dramatic WSL title
"Liverpool Ladies are a massive club with some fantastic players who I believe can help me to develop my game to the next level.
"It was also a big incentive to be able to play in the Women's Champions League, which is a huge competition that I'm confident we can do well in."
Oshoala is Beard's fourth signing of the window after he also added Satara Murray, Ingrid Ryland and Line Krogedal Smorsgard to his squad.
Key players Lucy Bronze and Amanda da Costa have departed, to Manchester City and Washington Spirit respectively.
But the manager reckoned: "With the addition of these four new players I believe this is the best squad I've ever put together.
"We've won the league for the last two years and we'll aim to do it again, although next season is going to be the most competitive ever.
"Clubs like Manchester City and Notts County have recruited really well and I can see four or five teams battling it out for the title.
"We can be one of them, especially if we can avoid the dreadful injury problems we had early on last season."
