the figure you see there is the TOTAL DEBT of the country. Included within it are debt owed to world bank and even Ecowas since 2020, some have accumulated intrests over time. ECOWAS funds part of Nigers budget and they pay up gradually, this payment was discontinued since the military regime took over. maybe you think Nigeria is the only African country with over due debts.
