Government magic, you will be disappointed, what was the intent of the people that created the law Ibrahim Gbadamosi Babaginda by decree was it for the States or Federal to collect VAT? Ondo state doesn't need any spills from Lagos.it has crude oil,2nd largest bitumen deposit in d world,large scale cocoa plantation,timber,natural spots for tourism and Atlantic Ocean.
If that state is well managed to its full potential it would generate millions of dollars annually.
