The airlines would either run skeletal services in Ikeja or completely move their operations to Lekki. I also think all the foreign airlines may move to Lekki (which would be designed and built to 21st century specs), rendering MMIA as a domestic airport

Well results speak for themselves. Since Sunday Igboho's exile SW has enjoyed relative peace.
