pacespot: Igbo are the most tribalistic people of all the tribes in Nigeria, I knew this firsthand during my time in NYSC. You dare not question an Igbo corper or have quarrel with him, his fellow Igbo corpers will quickly close rank against you.
My support for Peter Obi is only for equity and fairness, let's welcome Igbo into Nigeria political fold and help them to attain the highest position in the land. While also I am hopeful that Peter Obi is not as tribalistic and bigoted as most people from his tribe are. apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Obi was already tagging some parties Yoruba parties and was setting igbos and Yorubas against each other by reading some bigoted nonsense on national TV before becoming president, what do you think he will do if he becomes one? |

Kajaard: There is also a third group to which I belong. A group of well learned and well travelled professionals that are just sick and tired of the rot in the country. We are logical thinkers and are not moved by religious or tribal sentiments neither do we create tantrums online.
We are weary of the two major political parties which is composed of known corrupt individuals and at this present moment we just want to see something different to show it's no more business as usual.
We are looking for a differentiation factor and will support any candidate that looks different from the usual breed. and your brain didn't chose someone like sowore who has never been part of the corrupt system, its obi that left same 2 major parties you called corrupt 6 months ago cos he couldn't get the ticket? Sorry to say, but your so called education and exposure are absolute waste. |

Obi just like every other Nigerian politicians is a thief who knows how to cover his track better than someone like ganduje. 250million scandal is just a drop of water in the amount he stole from Anambra. Should we even talk about the state fund he threw into his personal business or the beautiful Pandora haven. |

chrisooblog: My guy till today there are still rumors of Tinubu being linked to one of those Nigerian drug capons back then which neither BAT or anyone from his camp has denied strongly.
Like I said he covered his tracks well.
The same way he has covered his tracks well since he left office in 2007. I give it to Jagaban he's a very smart man but there's too much comma about the man not to believe he isn't linked to some shady business. how often do you see tinubu or his camp attend to all these beer parlour gists? Man knows the more he addresses every stupid rumour you throw at him, the more legitimacy you give that rumour and a chance for people to keep talking about it. Tinubu is not a saint, but most of these rumours just don't make any sense. Man got the whole Lagos treasury at his fingertip, na drug he go come dey push with some cabals? |

larride: Just look at the mess on TwitterNg today.
An Igbo lady insulted Yoruba ladies (Something she has been doing consistently)
Yoruba ladies now replied her in full force Insulting her and her tribe, guess who they are calling tribalist on Twitter? The Yoruba ladies.
Just look at this screenshot. The person that insulted the whole tribe at first is "foolish" but those that now replied her back in same coin is who he is concerned about.
If you insult my tribe, I will insult you and your tribe back in double folds. no you cannot do that. When they insult your tribe, you have to play Jesus and preach to them so they can continue to call you coward. They foment trouble, when you bring that trouble they can't handle, they form the victim and cry to unn and still stylishly foment more trouble in the process. |

This was news to Nihilist who actually has a history of shïtting on Tinubu on this forum.
Nihilist asked Donjazet why he felt he was a Tinubu fan despite his post history.
Donjazet replied that Nihilist was disgusing.
I've said over and over that only a fool will claim to be detribalised in Nigeria. However if you choose to be such a fool, then the last thing you should be doing is running your mouth accusing people of Tribalism when you're making posts like this.
For avoidance of doubt, Saint Donjazet2 is categorically stating that you cannot possibly be Igbo and align with Tinubu.
This is the real tribalism on display.

But I hope they will plan it properly and not just cite the airport for the sake of it just like most infrastructure in Nigeria without proper future plan. |

I laugh in Chinese. Like people don't already know that tinubu campaigned for buhari. He said it like it's some of sort of secret that tinubu campaigned for the presidential candidate in the party he was part of it's founding members. I guess tinubu should have campaigned for Jonathan in 2015 and atiku in 2019. I guess they should also gather all the materials of tinubu campaigning for ribadu or atiku, or atiku campaigning for buhari as some sort of joker to sway people from what they already know. Politics isn't just for some people. |

PDPGuy: I’ve read opinion statements from Naija aviation experts who gave figures ranging from 50% to as high as 70% that figure they quoted looks like a fable. MMIA is the only international airport in enitre south west. Some south western states don't even have airports at all and majority of travellers from south west use MMIA. How can occupants of lekki axis now take 50-70%? Just doesn't sound right |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by ribbit: 6:18am On Oct 11, 2022 |
No PDPGuy: Come to think of it: When the Lekki airport becomes operational, MMIA may go bankrupt cos at least 65% of the passengers who go thru MMIA live in the Lekki/VI/Ikoyi axis.
The airlines would either run skeletal services in Ikeja or completely move their operations to Lekki. I also think all the foreign airlines may move to Lekki (which would be designed and built to 21st century specs), rendering MMIA as a domestic airport how did you arrive at this though? |
