Probably the panel is gone. What did the engineer told you? Are you sure the screen is okay? Have you inserted your sim, put it on and call your number to check if it will ring out?

The one I gave ut to didn't even know what could be wrong, after doing some research online, it suggests it could be the capacitor on the panel.
