that's your stock recovery....you can't flash a Custom ROM with that...

if you are rooted you will need to flash a Custom recovery for your device (preferably TWRP) , then you can flash Custom ROMs easily when you boot into recovery ✅

The phone is rooted and already installed a custom recovery. But i cant seem to flash a custom ROM in other to customize my setting. They are also immune from civil or criminal prosecution, though the sending country may waive this right under Article 32.
It is impossible for the Buhari’s government to waive any immunity that will protect Aisha Buhari from prosecution in the US should she brave it and visit the US for the conference.

NUPPENG is on strike in port harcourt thats the cause of the fuel strike. They have some unresolved issues with their union members. Some filling stations are selling fuel as high as 180 naira per litre. I was in port last week.
