It says much about his performance. Moreover I'm have a place in Otta. The only time we felt government presence was during the election when they were shouting APC/ ODM or whatever with mega phones. I haven't seen a single tractor in my 2 years here.

I knew APC was filled with mediocres the moment APC publicity secretary in Lagos scored Sanwolu 90% for patching roads and clearing refuses.
