Well, most of the parents are not happy because of their kids health condition or the behaviours they exhibit.Abortion is legal with rare health conditions in Republican states like Texas and Florida.In Democratic states like New York and California, abortion is legal without restrictions.Some of those problem don't require abortion as solution except for the couple that had a kid with downside syndrome.
