God i really need your help to stop

1)ignoring/having a laisserz fare attitude towards my spiritual growth

2)procastination

3) not calling people that really care and deserve it often or at all.....................i'm not an introvert but i hate calling people........used to call people who dont deserve it while ignoring the amazing ones sometime ago but after a while i grew some sense and balls and stopped calling the undeserving ones.....,...and overtime i just stopped calling everyone .........if it isn't business i wont call you and i can stay a whole year without calling anyone at all....

4)not always with my phone and so i dont pick calls often.........

5)flirting esp in the office and at church.......

6)spending unnecessarily

7)lies.......mostly cos i flirt and end up lying to ladies
