well, i don't know about other departments but timetable in our department is out.
Our HOD told us today that he is coming to class on monday....regardless of the fact that our portal has not changed and we have not registered for our courses. He has told us we are all in good standing...the crossing is now for all levels.
So, monday....lectures starts for us.
He said...its 14 weeks from 15th Oct....weird.

I don't think many lectures will hold this week bcuz of convocation. Am going to Ilorin next week sha.

Will lectures start on 26th Oct? For freshers (200l) since we'll be joining 200l stalites.

Am not sure weda lectures will start on 26th oct. Some pple crossed to 200L and that "not in good standing" sometin have not been removed in some pple portal.. We have not been able to register our courses and also pay our fees. Though they are still updating our portal but i think it will take some time before they will finish updating our portal.

We dont really knw for now..They said we resuming on 15th of October before but since 15th has passed and we have not resumed, we have not heard about another day fixed for resumption.

for those that would b doing clearance.... wat u need is just ur o level scratch card(you must use it once to activate it) and then go get via jamb e facility card (the one used in checking original jamb result which has ur picture embed on it)...don't bother about scanning the results just enter the digits appropriately. Do these simple steps I just gave you to save you of stories from the portal such as: " invalid scratch card" "please re upload your details" as you know clearance takes majorly 48hrs to get cleared under normal circumstances but as a remedial student u can b cleated within 6hrs bcs of your remedial school clearance process you have undergone. and invade you get a message from the portal saying. "not yet cleared, to be moved...' don't be scared you will be moved to another dept but pls pray o medicine fit turn to 'chem edu" o. lolz but just pray bcs movement list is very silly atyms bcs for the time being even wen lecture has started might not have a dept.! gracias

People that are being moved to another courses are pple that their Waec or Jamb subject combination do not match d courses that they've been given to study.
Some pple will be admitted to study another course that is different to the course they choose..Some pple will be moved to another department after being admitted to a department...Wahala dey oooo.

It will be gud if tinz are done in that way but i think kwara state aspirants are admitted mostly. Y is it compulsory for only Kwara state pple to upload their certificate of origin for clearance.

ohh thk God u are no more a fresher this is how unilorin management and staff run their things.the school is 8 months academic calendar running, i always advice people that one can make first class, 2:1 and 2:2 from unilorin if focus and determination is the key the stress is there oooo but one needs to adapt to the system.infact it will come to a stage lecturers will not come for lectures on time and this makes student not to be serious again.

Hmm, Unilorin will always give it all it take to follow up with their proposed calendar.

u better don't stay at home ok come down to school and start to read the courses u av next session no time again ooooooooooooo. by feb next year u will be writing first semester exam.

That was how we were rushed last session.. We didn't even finished 2nd semester lectures b4 we started exams.

It is not easy for som1 to carry d list matter away from his/her mind.. Am a stallite and am still thinking abt d 2nd list everyday not to talk of aspirants.. I knw Prayer is d best tin to do but d list matter must come to ur mind everyday.

The university was created for their indegenes...if u don't like the policy choose ur State of origin's university..i think thats d response the man will give u..so take those 2 questions out of it

U can consider catchment area when u scored up to required mark needed. If u score 42% and u want to study medicine, even if u re from d catchment area, i dont tink u will be admitted.. Maybe she was admitted bcuz she did 2014/2015 remedial program.

That school is up to 2 cities..I knw school will be scanty for now..School will be back to normal after resumption.

Hmm..Some pple said it will be out by next week Wednesday..Lets just hope all aspirants in this thread that are yet to be admitted will make the 2nd list.

Portal updating is on progress..Very soon, we will be able to register our courses and also pay our fees..Maybe after fresher's clearance. page 806 FTC was not competitive but i still dedicate it to those pple waiting for their admission msg [Nobodyy, Gideong, Bombay and others]..All will be well by God's grace.
