cococandy: Your penchant for yapping trash and always trying hard to vilify men, especially the ones on this forum, isn't only nauseating but a sign of engrained bitterness in you. If Dr NOI were to be a nobody like you and your type, I am certain that she would've brought her husband's adulterous scandal to this forum for advice, and of course, you and your ilk would've told her to leave her marriage even when you bumpkins do and endure worse conditions in your various marriages and relationships. |

I'm not surprised that the congregation of bumpkins that used to beef me that I was always hard on you, and of course them, whenever I call you lots out for your crass and sententious demeanours, and pettiness in general, are now the ones that have been mocking you directly and indirectly since the past many days you came up with your latest seemingly genuine episode without making any concerted effort to extend a feasible help to you. Bunch of pernicious, unscrupulous, and hypocritical elements. Anyway, if it weren't for one thing, I would've, in my usual magnanimous way, said let me cater for your financial needs at this juncture.... your penchant for self-deceit is repulsive. |

You like lying to yourself, and that has always been your major problem. Every gullible person reading through this your submission will think that you're either a virgin or have had sex only once without knowing that the reverse is the case. For an instance, you've done vagina tightening before, your word on this forum in one of your now deleted monikers not mine. So, you can see that you personify oxymoron. There's nothing wrong in one choosing to marry, marry late, or not to marry at all. But there's everything wrong in one resorting to self-deceit and sententiousness in general. Sententiousness and self-deceit made you to make this post, which isn't necessary - quit them and hypocrisy in general for your own good. Self-righteous bumpkin! 8 Likes 1 Share |

MrSly: You and your ilks, not him, are the ones that do not know the meaning of Delta - Niger Delta - under the Nigeria political expression. The way bumpkins like you and your likes like overrating yourselves is both funny and irritating. Now tell me how the latter states in the following quote: "This is particularly true now that oil has been found in other parts of Nigeria including Anambra which is already producing 0.9%, Bauchi, Gombe, Nasarawa, Kogi, and Lagos States." can be defined as "Delta" under the Nigeria political expression. |
Politics / Re: Edwin Clark Asks Tinubu To Remove Abia, Imo, Ondo From NDDC by RightToReject(m): 10:04am On Oct 25, 2023 |
His submission might not have been properly articulated and carried an undertone of self-absorption, he has a point nonetheless. A better approach should be to rename NDDC something like Oil Producing States Development Commission (OPSDC) in order to accommodate both Niger Delta States and non-Niger Delta oil producing states. NDDC, as a name, isn't encompassing. 37 Likes 4 Shares |

The reason why she left you is obviously because of your lack of commonsense, as evident in your petty submission herein. You thought that she would remain naive and docile till eternity. It's a good thing that her elder sister was able to help her see through the bigoted, smothered, and oppressive scallywag that you're and discard you with alacrity. Bumpkin! 1 Like |

This isn't new, even though the tensile strength of bamboos cannot be compared to that of iron steels and are prone to insects attack and melting on contact with water in the long run. Some of the not-too-tall buildings in places like India, China, USA, etc., are built with bamboos in place of iron steels. 7 Likes |

It's not going to help naira against the dollar; in fact, the negative effect will outweigh the positive effect by all indices. Abolishing domiciliary account, and paying recipients of foreign remittance in dollar, will go a long way to help naira. A country like ours that has always been having a deficit in balance of payment has no business encouraging or enabling private and corporate entities to operate domiciliary accounts. Banks are the major beneficiaries under the current arrangement. |

Jewessgratitud3: It is always amusing seeing people like you who were former residents of the demolished Maroko community, a slum inhabited by poor people, claiming Ikoyi brought-up. Keep quiet with all these bragado riches talk. Your parents neither lived at the heart of Ikoyi nor raised you and your siblings at the heart of Ikoyi. People like you can only deceive your ilks. You and your parents were victims of the then Colonel Raji Rasaki's led State Military Government in Lagos's forceful eviction of the poor Nigerians that were living in the now demolished Maroko community, which has been transformed and is the present day Lekki Peninsula. It used to be one of the poorest and most deadly shanty towns in Lagos state, and Nigeria in general. Maroko was below sea level. It was after you and your likes were forcefully evicted that it was filled and became Lekki Peninsula. All of you that lived in the then community were forcefully evicted from your homes apparently to save you from the slum-related diseases and avoidable death. In fact, as recently as a week ago, I was discussing with the former president IBB, on whose supervision the then Colonel Raji Rasaki acted, an issue about the compensation the former residents like your parents tried to get in the Nigerian court system some years ago that failed because the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights recently raised the issue again based on a subsisting filled communication by Debevoise & Plimpton, etc. 1 Like 1 Share |
Education / Re: I Emailed My School To Get A Diploma Replacement And That's The Message I Got. by RightToReject(m): 10:48pm On Oct 05, 2023 |
Your replacement certificate in this regard will be regarded as fake, like that of president BAT, the very moment you use the service of another third party vendor apart from "paradigm," which is your school accredited vendor - an institution/organisation always allows its accredited vendor access to its DE and other essential working datas. Some of you always strive to be too clever by half, forgetting that someone of us too aren't mere subject of the West but stakeholders. Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), empowers institutions to use the services of third-party servicers. The same HEA, however, makes clear that agreements to administer “any aspect” of an institution’s participation in the Title IV programs fall within the scope of the Department’s TPS oversight authority. 20 U.S.C. § 1088(c). Citing the above, the refusal of the CSU rep to admit expressly under oath the authenticity of the certificate president BAT submitted to INEC simply proves that it wasn't sourced from the CSU accredited TPS vendor and indeed fake. I don't hold a brief for any of the parties involved, so no bumpkin should quote me to yarn nonsense. 16 Likes 1 Share |

Citing the above, the refusal of the CSU rep at the court yesterday to admit expressly under oath the authenticity of the certificate president BAT submitted to INEC simply proves that it wasn't sourced from the CSU accredited TPS vendor and indeed fake. He technically avoided pronouncing it fake, literally, for the reasons I will not like to state here - I do not hold a brief for president BAT's opponents. As it stands now, I know technically what president BAT can do to gain a favorable judgement from the supreme court and retain his seat as the president of Nigeria or his main opponent AA can do to nullify every form of technicality that president's BAT legal team can employ and have the supreme court to either nullify the election or declare him the outright winner. On a general note, left for me, on a personal and compassionate basis, I would say, President BAT, as a long-standing associate, should be forgiven by all and sundry and allowed to pilot the affairs of the country for at least the next four years. He means well for the country, regardless of the pockets of wrongs his administration has done so far. |

India is the Anglicise name of the Hindi word "Bharat." Most Indians have always preferred the Hindi version and have always used it for themselves. So, they aren't trying to change anything per se rather they've been agitating for the official adoption of the this Hindi version on the global stage. 1 Like |

badoh: Keep quiet, not everyone in Nairaland is as myopic as you and your likes are. The abolition of Petroleum Subsidy ought to have ended on June 30, not May 31 as he prematurely and impulsively announced. The team that was commissioned to work out the cushioning mechanism before the June 30 date had just rounded up the assignment and submitted the white paper to him, to which he was delighted, only for him to go on live broadcast less than 24 hours later to make the impulsive embarrassing pronouncement which he is still secretly regretting up to this moment. 3 Likes |

The main problem president BAT has isn't really just that he's a novice in International Diplomacy; rather, he's impulsive, which has always been one of his weaknesses - of course, we all have our weaknesses. Unfortunately, impulsiveness and unbridled pride go hand in hand. I just wish his close handlers could find a way to curtail his weakness in this regard; else, Nigerians are in for a long rough ride. Up till date, he is still secretly regretting the impulsive declaration of an end to the petroleum subsidy regime without first perfecting and implementing cushioning mechanism before the formal end of the petroleum subsidy regime, which his inner circle had earlier suggested and to which he assented. 12 Likes 4 Shares |

tensazangetsu20: According to you: "In Chile absolutely no one speaks English and I mean it." Stop yarning thrash. You really think that everyone on Nairaland is as myopic as you and your likes are. More than 8 percent of the Chilean citizens speak English at proficient level. Also, the fact that you believe that you know a country like Brazil, just because you spent less than 48 hours on transit there and might have read a bit about the country, more than some of the people who own thriving companies in the same country shows how conceited you're. In fact, if only you knew that some Nigerians that run things in the same Chile, both those who live within and outside it, are on this forum. Apart from "His eyes looked cold and dead like someone who has seen everything there is to see in life and he had checked out of humanity," there is nothing strange, or wrong, about him traveling with only a small handbag (clutching a small handbag). Equating that to criminal undertone and whatnot like you all would, and have always done, is insanity or points to the bumpkin you lots are. Personally, apart from once, I have not traveled to any of the various countries I have been to or returned with more than my small handbag. A portfolio and/or laptop bag, or sometimes only a suitcase, has always been sufficient for me. Some of you don't seem to understand the peace and pleasure in living some kind of lifestyle and might never experience it. 1 Like 1 Share |
