The work of government isnt to employ, the work of government is to create an enabling environment that triggers growth, growth in an economy generates jobs! You cannot pay 70k a month minimum wage and expect growth. Growth comes from consumption, you earn more, you spend more. You spend more, factories and manufacturers have to produce more. In order to produce more,they employ more people!
