PLEASE DO NOT TAKE BOTH OF THIS ADVICE.

Like the Lagos Mediation Centre told you - under Nigerian Law, and particularly Lagos’s Tenancy - you cannot resort to Self-help. Even when you have served the statutory notices.

So it means YOU CANNOT FORCEFULLY EJECT HIM from your house or you risk being sued for unlawful ejection Yourself and having to pay for damages.

What yu can do is this.

INSTRUCT A LAWYER

If the value of the Rent is less than #10M, proceed to the Magistrate Court. You can institute an action for ejection and serve it on the Tenant.

If the Value of the Rent is above #10M, then you must proceed to the High Court immediately to the same as above.

Note: on both cases, you will normally take a Writ to enforce the judgment of the court on ejection. With that, the Sherrifs in the court will be the one to come eject him from your house themselves.

ANYWAY - that’s if you want to do it legally. Otumokpo, Ogun lakaaye or any traditional means may be a faster and cheaper means . Just kidding.

This is the best legal advice so far. You've already served him with the 7 days notice, all that is required now is an order from the court for ejection. Get a lawyer to do the follow up. Copies of the agreement reached at the mediation center together with the 7days notice issued to him will be attached to the court process.

This woman is really smart. But she's channelling that energy in the wrong places.

During the party I got drunk and the guy that took us to the party in his car took advantage of my drunken state and had sex with me and make it look like it is consensual. During the act I know what was happening but was too weak and blurred. I didn't know there was a video recording of the act. When I woke up the guy was no where to be found so I kept it to myself.

When my guy found out that I cheated on him, he was furious. I denied it initially but when he showed me the sex clip I admitted it but defended myself on the ground that it was rape and not consensual. I summon courage and asked him how did he come up with the sex tape but that he would not answer to. He left that moment and I start feeling that he knows something about the tape and wants to blackmail.

She's below the statutory age of consent which is 18. As long as its below the age, whether it's with consent or mutual agreement or not, it's statutory rape. This is what most Nigerians don't know.

My applock is having issues. Can't open my WhatsApp, Gmail, and Facebook. I normally use patterns and fingerprint to unlock. If fingerprint doesn't work, I use pattern. But since the latest update on N6 Pro, the pattern dots have reduced to 6 instead of 9. This has made it impossible to access my apps! It's rather asking me to do a factory reset . Please guys is there any other way out rather than a reset. I don't want to lose valuable datas stored.
