It's normal bro. It will eventually go away. My ex did the implant option and she experienced the same issue once in awhile. Just ensure she doesn't over stress herself before her menstrual cycle begins, bc I noticed the correlation between the stress level and the heavy bleeding. Some medical personnel prescribed antibiotics for her to stop the bleeding sometimes. But most times it eventually stops by itself.
