Property is still available. Title is Governor's consent. |
oyepaulkay:Well that's strange. I've patronised them twice now. The first battery I got for my redmi note 6 pro lasted 2 and a half years. So I went back for the 2nd one and its serving me well. Ensure after installing u don't put it on till u charge the battery to 100%.. After that, u are good to go. Don't be tempted to use the phone until its fully charged. |
oyepaulkay:Contact repairpalng here on Nairaland. Their batteries are original and very ok. |
yahmaid04:Does poco f3 has a 6/64 gig variant?? I thought it starts with 6/128. |
TruthUntold:Lol, why u say so bros. |
yahmaid04:Bro, how much was the total costs. |
madprofthefirst:How much did you get the poco. I'm planning to order on aliexpress too. |
Olatheo:I had the same issue of battery swelling up on my redmi note 6 pro. But since I've changed it, no more issues. Do you play games or download while charging the phone? Bc I think dats what caused my own battery swelling up then. |
Lexusgs430:OK. Can u send pictures and price for the 4a |
Lexusgs430:Do you have any other pixel phones in stock? Particularly pixel 4a 5g, 4xl or 3xl |
Zingerpay:Good. Please do a review when you get yours. |
Zingerpay:Good. But I must also inform you that someone on this forum shared a bad experience of the itec 3.5kva gen. It might just be one out of 100 but nevertheless, one can't be too careful, even though it wouldn't have swayed my decision if I had still had the chance to purchase it due to the more positive reviews I saw. U can check the link out and decide on your own if its worth the risk. https://www.nairaland.com/7011913/stay-away-itec-generators-must |
Zingerpay:Unfortunately when I got the cash to buy the itec gen, it was already sold out by konga. Only konga was selling it for around 142k for the 3.5kva electric starter, Other sellers were selling from 180k. I couldn't wait for konga to restock so I went for another model which is also new in the market. I did a review here: https://www.nairaland.com/ringi82/posts It was a 3rd choice. Tec bobo max generator was my 2nd but it was also out of stock and I needed a gen urgently at the time so I ended up with the Bruhm 2.5kva generator. So far so good, no issues with it. But u can still go for the itec, cos it seems konga has restocked. I just wish I had been a bit patient I would have gone for it bc I needed a gen powerful enough to power my 1.5hp ac. It has a rated capacity to do that in the reviews. But just like ur engineer said, its a new product in the market and parts will be scarce for now. Its all about good maintenance and u may not have to worry about that if u maintain your gen well. |
Got this brand new gen about 2 weeks ago. A Bruhm 2.5kva generator for approximately 136k.I wanted to have a feel of it before giving it a review here. I'm going to be honest and factual about the pros and cons of this gen and this will help other prospective buyers to decide. Pros : 1. 100 percent copper confirmed. 2.Power output is very strong. Carries my medium sized fridge, 1000w lg home theater, 32inch TV, standing fan, 850w blender and some energy saving bulbs inside and outside the home same time. Though when I tried to iron my clothes the sound changed but it carries it too. 3. Has a limited warranty for a year. If it develops any issues, it can be fixed for free. Bought it from laundromat, an authorised distributor. Has an AVR switch to automatically regulate your power and protect your appliances. 4. Even though it's a manual gen, it starts with just one pull. Since I've been using it for the past 2 weeks, I no pass 2 pulls max. Cons: 1. The Gen is a bit louder than your average generator of same kva power At 75db, that's loud for me compared to a lutian 3kva generator of 67db noise level. I'm yet to tweek the throttle though to reduce noise level. 2. It's quite bulky and heavy to move around. Has no wheels. 3. It's a new gen in the market, hence parts may be scarce for now if u are not buying from authorised distributors. Verdict : If u don't mind the noise level and the bulky and heavy nature of the gen and also the fact that it is relatively new in the market, though the brand is well known for making quality air conditioners like thermocool, u can go for it. You can as well do your own independent research on it. It has the electric variant which is 2.7kva and more expensive. The choice is yours. I will give more detailed review as time goes. The Tec 2kva thermocool gen was my first choice, but it was really scarce then, so I opted for this.

BusinessPlan22:You are not o. My redmi note 6 pro that had one of the best cameras out there when I bought in 2019. After 3 yrs don degrade so bad dat a palasa phone camera is better dan it |
Ohyinyeah:That's absurd. Are u sure you got a competent lawyer? If the tenant or hiis lawyer don't show up in court, once the judge is satisfied they were duly served a hearing notice of the date, the matter should proceed and not delay. The tenant cannot hold the court to ransom. |
Joejonah:Trump won't do shit. Trump and putin dem be padi now. |
airsaylongcome:Thank God I no dey tinker . I'm more particular about gcam compatibility. The snapdragon will be more favourable in this regard than the exynos variant |
airsaylongcome:What is wrong with that version |

Lamzee:Still not safe, except you are using tec gen, like the 3.5kva or 3.0kw thermocool generator. |
Lamzee:Not advisable bro. Except you don't want your gen to last. U may use it on ONLY the ac but not combined with the other appliances. |
Mobile AC's are the worst. Aside the fact that they consume a lot of power, they don't circulate the whole room. It may also damage your stab and mess with your electric installation board. Stay far away from it, I don't think it's meant for the Nigerian Market. |
From personal experience, Bruhm AC's also not bad. The 1,5hp variant is extremely chilly. I can't even use it for 2hrs straight without putting it off, cuz I don dey shiver., even at 29 degrees. Below 20 degrees is out of the question. I just need a capable generator to power it when nepa take light. Heat season dey come and lag go begin hot like bakery now. |
