Your landlord is actually right. The 18th of April you moved in is actually counted as a whole month in the eyes of the law, and that is how the receipt issued to you should read ; April to March following year. However, he has no legal right to lock you out. That would be resorting to self-help. He needs a court order with the help of a court sherif to do that, which is not automatic. He is required to serve you statutory notices then summon you to court, because you have a right of audience to say your part. It's left to the court to determine if u should be ejected or not. Not the landlord.

Good morning boss. My note 6 pro is getting worse. I changed the wallpaper, no difference. The phone gets warm unnecessarily, even without using. The worst part is, if its fully charged the night before, and i off it, by the next morning it's down to 30% when i on it! Without using it o. Something is eating up my battery juice. The phone warms up when idle, I've installed app cleaners, still no difference. I'm thinking about doing a factory reset, I'm just concerned about my valuable datas stored. Please help a brother out.

I want to purchase a naija used car within my budget limits of 400-600k. I don't want a car which parts are expensive, hard to get or hard to maintain being a first user. I've done a bit of some research and came across a 1999~2002 Honda crv, Honda accord 2001~2005, kia Rio 2003 ~2008, Nissan primera and altima 2000~2004 all naija used and they fall within my budget.
Please guys which is the best budget given the criteria i highlighted above. Thanks in advance.
